the rest is left default
advanced setts.:
all default

instructions:
1. Run opera 8.65
2. Menu> Goto>
2.2. Type " free site<dot>proxy address.
eg. m.smart.com.ph.unblock-all.com
3. In the url box. Type the direct download link. Click go.
4. Will be prompted where to save the file. Choose where you want to.

that should do it.
