http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/1/1d/Cornershot_eurosatory2006.jpg/300px-Cornershot_eurosatory2006.jpg
http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/thumb/b/bc/Cornershot-ani.gif/180px-Cornershot-ani.gif
CornerShot is a special-purpose weapon that can fire around corners. It was designed in the early 2000's for SWAT teams and special forces in hostile situations usually involving terrorists and hostages.
In the standard version a pistol is mounted in the front end of the weapon, which bends horizontally at a mid-gun sixty-degree hinge. There is a digital camera and a flashlight attached to the barrel in the bayonet position. On the butt side of the hinge are the trigger, camera screen (which is on a horizontal hinge just like the mid-gun hinge but it is off of the left side of the gun), and controls for the camera and light.
In effect it is a modern take of the German World War II 'Krummlauf Attachment' (a periscope attached to a riffle) , but rather than a device that is attached to a firearm it is a device to which a firearm is attached.

The "Bull-pup" design makes it a compact rifle, providing high mobility in confined quarters, fast target acquisition with the highest hit proability as well as reliability and accuracy.
The STEYR AUG is known for its modular weapon concept, which permits field stripping into the main groups within a few seconds. The STEYR AUG A1 is the standard issue weapon of many security forces units around the world since 1977.

° STEYR AUG A2
The STEYR AUG A2 is a gas operated semi-automatic or selective fire rifle. Its “bull-pup” design makes it a compact, highly reliable, and accurate firearm.
The STEYR AUG is renowned for its modular weapon concept, which permits the interchangeability of barrel groups and the ease of field stripping, within seconds.
The main difference between the AUG A1 and the AUG A2 is the receiver. The AUG A2 receiver can be equipped with either a Picatinny rail (Mil.Std.1913), which would allow for the mounting of various sighting devices, or the mounting of a 1.5x optic.

° STEYR AUG A3
The STEYR AUG A3 modular weapon system is the latest result of the continued development of the world-wide renowned STEYR AUG rifle series
The STEYR AUG A3 design is also based on modular system components, which can be configured from one variant to another quickly and easily, without tools, and at unit level, in order to meet a wide range of future weapon requirements and tactical application.
The STEYR AUG A3 "bull-pup" design maintains it's short overall length, without influencing the barrel length, to meet or exceed, required accuracy standards.
The STEYR AUG A3 features a number of Picatinny rails (Mil. Std. 1913 rails), which allow the quick and easy mounting of various accessories, such as a grenade launcher, illumination and target acquisition devices, including a variety of optics or night vision devices
Due to it's flexibility design concept, the STEYR AUG A3 is a state-of-the-art, multipurpose assault rifle, for day and night operations.
