mate good morning..based on my experience with that phone, it doesn't support prov file settings. but you can create a proxy settings directly on that phone, if someone else confirmed these im glad to hear it from you?
Why not use an opera (moded) which is more comfortable way than using the default browser.

if you want to use your default browser use these set:
proxy: 213.133.101.35
port: 53
it works on smart but i never tried it on globe, try at your own risk.

Bro natural lang talaga yun na nakakain minsan yung load. ganun din ako noon pero nung na try ko sya na walang load ok naman kaya hindi na ako nag loload dito sa sim na gamit ko... kaya Free na ako ngayun. Advice lang po sa mga namomroblema na nakakain yung mga load nila mas mainam po na bumili nalang kayo ng sim na pang internet para di nyo na kailangan mag load... Sana po nakatulong po ako...

Ito nga po pala gamit ko mas stable walang ka probleproblema...

Maraming salamat po sa mga MOder kung hindi dahil sa kanina walang buhay ang phone natin ngayun kaya wag tayung makalimot mag pasalamat sa kanila... Thanks....

Customer service representative nga po un,211 po number,about sa pagkakaiba ng connect sa inet,i think pareho lang,dati kasi connect talaga ginagamit ko,di ko alam bakit naging inet na sya.if libre ka naman sa connect,e di yan nalang gamitin mo. :D

Mas maganda ang myglobe inet kasi ung apn niya is http.globe.com.ph and without proxy and port, mas stable ang connection, compared to myglobe connect, unstable and mabagal ang connection nito.

Dahil pasaway ako, sinubukan ko ulit mag surf with load. Unang connect, walang bawas. a few minutes after dc ng 2nd connection, dun na may bawas ng 10php sa load ko....

Am.. Regarding po sa bolt question.. Pwede poh yn mgplay ng video.. I-set mo lang ang default connection mo to globe connect/inet no proxy & port po dapat.. Pwde rn ung l3 proxy mkkta yun sa 1st page. Am open nyo po ang youtube, den search video u want and den click it.. After dat wait until it loads and play button appear den press dat. Again wait for transcodng until some confrmation msg pops up den press ok.. Hope it helps.

1. Check sa CSR ng smart if internet activated ang sim m0...

2. Use applicati0n that uses no pr0xy and p0rt access p0int.

SETTINGS:
1. Go to applicati0ns, opti0ns, then internet pr0file, then sa access p0int na gagamitin m0 is smart internet. Ung may no pr0xy and p0rt. Then di save it...

ACCESS P0INT:
Check your APN. make sure ung gagamitin m0ng access p0int, ung APN nya is internet. Then dun sa use pr0xy server, ch0ose disable para magamit m0 nun n0 pr0xy and p0rt.

I'll try to make things short, so I suggest you read every details.

-= Section 1: Setting up your Network Configuration =-
There are lots of way to acquire connection settings,
first is by requesting to your network operator(e.g. Smart/Globe/Sun) by simply sending an SMS to them
Which is further discuss in this thread> Operator Settings (http://www.symbianize.com/showthread.php?t=19164)

Another way is to acquire one by using this website> Nokia Phone Configurator (http://europe.nokia.com/A4144889)
(this step is only for nokia phones, for other manufacturer refer to next step)
They will send you the settings you need in an instant, just fill up those forms and info they need
such as handset model, operator, and your mobile number.

Or by using a built-in wizard on your phone which automatically set-up your network config.
Done by pressing and holding 0 ("zero", or shorcut for built-in browser) [still doesn't work?refer to manual configuration below.]


Also you could do it manually. Assuming your handset allows you to set-up server and proxies,
which is supported by most phones nowadays except Nokia S40 devices(but nothin to worry, prov files is all you need)

The safe zone for free internet is zero or below 5 pesos load for globe and below 10 and at least 1 peso for smart,
meaning there's no assurance na nde ka mababawasan ng load if your load exceed the minimum requirements.
