1) turn off your phone
2) take out the memory card
3) turn on the phone and wait for a bit
4) hold call button (green key) , * , 3 then hold the power button. wag mong bibitawan. hintayin mo na lumabas yung formatting sa screen.

try mo muna tanggalin un mmc bago mag format.

tanggal mmc, then try mo i-on un phone. pag nag on nag normal. ibig sabihin mmc mo lng un mg sira. pag ginawa mo na yan tpos ganon parin. tska ka mag format ng phone.

ok na itong ke marky, wag mu lang sundin ung step 3, dapat naka off ang phone mo, kasi pag naka on xa tapos press mo ung power button, maooff xa uli..

dapat naka off xa tapos hold call button, * , 3 , tapos press mo ang power button

Aus yan bro the best yan natested ko na sa phone ko yan noong nagcontact retailer ang phone ko.. dalawang beses ko na nagawa yan yung akin at sa pinsan ko..:thumbsup:
