Quick Guide:

• To download myGlobe Connect settings to your phone, send GO to 2951. You will be sent all the necessary settings via a WAP Push. Upon receipt of the settings, choose to install and save the settings as the default settings.

•To download Internet settings to your phone, send INTERNET (for Postpaid) or INET (for Prepaid) to 2951. The settings will be sent to you via a WAP Push. Upon receipt of the settings, choose to install. Do NOT save these settings as default. When prompted to save as default, select NO.

• To download Streaming settings, send STREAM to 2951. Upon receipt of the settings, choose to install. Do NOT save these settings as default. When prompted to save as default, select NO. Go to the RealPlayer application and select myGlobe Stream as the default access point.

• To activate your phone for 3G, set your 3G phone to Dual Mode or Auto Mode. This will allow your phone to function whether you are in 3G or 2G/GSM coverage. Under the ‘Network’ settings menu of your phone, select either Dual mode (2G/GSM and 3G/WCDMA) or Auto mode (2G/GSM and 3G/WCDMA). Depending on your phone brand, your phone may restart after you switch to Dual or Auto network mode. Caution, do not select 3G-only mode. This will make your phone inoperable when you are not in 3G coverage.

For Nokia 6630, 6680 and N70:
• Go to Menu > Tools > Settings
• Scroll down and select Network
• Make sure Network mode is set to Dual mode
• Make sure Operator selection is set to Automatic

NOTE:

Should you fail to receive the settings after attempting to download them via the steps enumerated above, you may need to configure the settings manually on your phone. Detailed settings are presented in the questions below.

Yup bro normal lang yun may area talaga na nawawala ang 3G icon..Basta siguraduhin mo na naka DUAL MODE ka ha kasi pag naka GSM ka hindi talaga magaapear ang 3G icon.

ano gamit mo po globe smart or sun?

lam ko sa globe at smart dapat may maintaining balance 25/20 pesos
& sa smart po 2 pesos po ata..not sure..
