Got What it Takes to be the next Symbianize Graphic Artist?

This thread signifies the beginning of an adventure to find out who will be chosen as the newest Graphic Artist of Symbianize. The journey might be long, and so we ask that if you should choose to participate you make the choice now to dedicate yourself to seeing this competition through.

To enter yourself in, you'll first need to make it through the Qualifying Round. The Qualifying Round will be use to pick the top competitors, guaranteeing an exciting and fulfilling competition.

Qualifying is simple. Simply take a look at the Contest Guidelines found below and then follow the link. You will have until 11:59 PM September 12th to post within the Qualifying Round thread so be sure to post within time.

Choose 1 of the 2 Below:
Submit 3 Signatures (400x150 px) or Banners (468x60 px)
Submit 2 Leaderboard images (728x90 px) or Wallpapers (minimum of 800x600 px)Note: No Animated Images, No Premades Allowed.

Next to Qualifying Round will be the Battle Round where qualifiers will be matched with one another, either 1-on-1 or 3-way. Then the Final Round, where Battle Winners will participate for the last time. So in total there are 3 rounds, and each round every competitor must submit new entries.

This is largely an exhibition of your talent. Show us what you are capable of and the flair that you will bring to this competition. Ultimately, show us why you deserve to participate, and even perhaps win.

The list of those who qualify, in addition to the Battle Round information will be posted within 48 hours of the Qualifying Round closure.

Prizes: *UPDATED*
Battle Round winners will each get a Medal of Creativity (http://www.symbianize.com/awards.php).
The Final Round winner will get 500 pesos worth of prepaid cellphone load and will be included in our Graphic Artist group which is entitled to extra forum features and privileges.

Participant Qualifications:
You must be a member of Symbianize for at least 15 days
You are not a Newcomer (member with less than 20 posts)
You are not a Symbianize Graphic Artist


All entries should be unique and made by the participant himself. Fraud and false claims will automatically disqualify the participant and will be slapped with 3 infraction points for a year and 500 disapproval reputations points.

For qualifying round walang theme. Anything goes kumbaga dahil sa qualifying round titignan ng mga judges natin kung may skills nga ba yung patircipants o wala.

Pre-made ibig sabihin nagawa na dati. Yung signature image mo ngayon hindi mo na pwedeng i-submit yon as an entry. The panel of judges is consist of 1 Staff Member, 2 Group Members, and 2 Members. Their names will be made known after the contest. No filesize limitation. Pero static images lang ang pwede nating i-submit. Animated images for this particular contest is not permitted.

i'm not sure about the meaning of pre made. kung pre-made n signature lang or included din po dun ung paggamit ng mga drawings or characters example is anime po.

Pwede yon. Usually yung layering at effects naman ang tinitignan don. Kaya nga di lang isa ang pinapasubmit nating entries para makilatis ng mabuti.

Since we have a total of 9 qualifiers, you were grouped into 3 so we can have 3-way battles. You will be competing with the other 2 members of your group. And unlike the previous round, our judges from now on will use a point system to determine the winners. The 3 Battle Round winners or the winners for each group, will advance to our Final Round.
