Well.. almost 3 months pa lang ako nk braces.. sbi ng dentist ko 1yr and 3mos. pa daw 'to sa ngipin ko.. hmm.. di naman masakit e.. di rn me uminom ng pain relievers.. Ok lang.. di lang me masyado kumakain kc nakakatamad maglinis e.. laging nasisingitan yung braces.. tpos kelangan mag dental floss.. i used to smoke before.. pero ngayon tnigil ko na.. i have to take care of my gums e.. next time share ko pics ko.. yung before and after..

3 years na braces ko and i'm actually lookin for a different dentist now. I't was really ok before but I'm just bothered since still, i have this pouthy lookin lips. eversince my real goal is to have my lips flat, so yon.

magaling yung dentist ko, inalagaan na niya yung ipin ko nung bata ako kaya di ko na kinailangan magpalagay ng braces :peace:

di naman masakit pag matagal na.. minsan masakit after adjustments o kaya pag may nilagay na bago.. pero 1-2 days lang tatagal ang sakit non.. pag magaling yung dentist wala talagang pain.. pag sobra kasi sa adjustment, yung pilit masyado e masakit talaga yun..

hindi naman po.. etong braces ko, yung down payment binayaran ng parents ko tapos since nag wowork na 'ko yung half neto ako na.. hopefully by december tapos ko na 'to.. tapos april 2010 tatanggalin na braces ko.. kaso retainers naman for 6 months daw e..

Invisalign is very expensive here and its not very advisable because its obly for people with alignment problem. Hindi rin masyado reliable..

OT: aw.. i remember my ex.. pag nag kikiss kami sumasagi lips ko sa brace nia.. hehehe

@pot2 : sa umpisa tlga ganyan pero eventually masasanay kadin kumain... i remember nung bago palang braces ko puro soup lang tlga kinakain ko kasi masanggi lang konti ngipin ko ansakit na eh.. pero after 2weeks medyo nkakakain na ko rice kaso walang nguyaan nga lang :D pagsubo lunok agad hahaha!... ikaw nlng gagawa ng paraan kung pano ka mabubusog hehehe:) actually 2yirs na Braces ko... Tips nga pla sayo.. wag ka kakagat ng matitigas like apple, or even magbbite ka ng Meat kasi baka mataman yung bracket at mtanggal.. also always Use Listerine or any other mouth wash para ndi ka lagi magkakaSingaw:beat:

im deep overbite. 1yr na ang braces ko next month. grabe and prob nang dentist ko sakin. walang session na di ako natatanggalan ng brackets. napagod na yung dentist ko. gusto na nyang tanggalin. i have somethin that i need to stick on my upper gums like a denture. i usually put it when i go to bed kasi kinakain ko brackets pag tulog ako. hehe. nakalimutan ilagay kagabi. ayun pag gising ko kanina tatlo kaagad ang tanggal. hahay. kailan kaya ito matatapos. may appointment pa ako bukas.
