Here is the explanation about the L2 and L3 proxies and their diff.
L2 proxy:alS0 called as'an0nym0us pr0xy'
The web server knows that you are probably using a proxy,but it cant detect ur real IP.
L3 also known as 'transparent proxy'
The web server knows that you are using a proxy at it can also dtect your real ip address.

EDIT: tried again mas mabilis ito 114.127.246.36:80 kaya sa isa kasi yung pangalawa eh china yung google magiging china sa opera hehe pero pareho lang din sila mabilis overall mas preferred ko lang una mas maganda po ata L2 proxies no author kasi di kaagad mamatay at maededetect ng operator?
