Puwede kasi saksakan ng SIM yung laptop ko kaya iniisip ko na bumili ng Globe Tattoo. Pero yung technician na friend ko sabi, ayos daw ang SUN. Any comments? Sayang kasi yung 3.5G capabilities ng laptop ko kung hindi magagamit.

Sir wala po akong alam sa technicallity terms in choosing which network broadband, but i suggest one thing you should consider is your location and terrain, alamin mo kung alin sa 3 network ang merong high and signal stability based sa lugar mo.

You'll be surely satisfied with Globe tattoo provided that you're under HSDPA area...at sa Globe kasi, palagi mer0n bugs kaya mapadalas ang free br0wse...malakas ka sa globe kapatid...

anong model ba laptop mo?
as far as im concered iba kasi yung technology na gamit nun, i mean may internal wwan na card katulad ng sa dell systems unlike dito na external usb modem (huawei)

first and foremost check signal in your area. regardless of what others might recommend, pag mahina sa inyo, useless din. also do not take the word of the customer service people in service centers, trust me they will tell you what you want to hear maka benta lang. ask someone who lives near your area na meron nun.
like sakin, friend ko in taguig has a sun postpaid modem, umaabot sa 1Mbps (HSDPA) yung speed nya, but when i tried it here in Pasay (front of NAIA 3), 256 kbps lang (3G). kaya hindi na ako bumili, used my phone as a modem instead since 3G naman

Pareho lang ba ang signal ng 3G sa signal ng phone? Lahat kasi mahina samen, Globe Sun Smart. Kelangan mo pa lumabas ng house para makakuha ng malakas na signal.
Ayoko naman DSL or broadband line. Hassle yung cords sa laptop.

Pre base dun sa post mo, na pwede saksakan ng sim yung laptop mo. Suggestion ko sayo kaw na mismo magtry dun sa tatlong network operator na nabanggit mo. Kaw na yung humusga dun sa tatlo.

Laptop na may simcard slot? Ok yan ah. Nakakapagtext ba? Kahit yata di na bumili ng internet service. Sarap nyan kung gagana ang cproxy dyan.

naku medyo mahirap yan.. ganun din sakin pagdating sa globe and smart, sun lang yung malakas yung signal. kung na try mo na yung 3 networks at mabagal talaga, mag dsl ka nalang then wireless router sa bahay nyo para less cables.
