Paano ko to icocomplain?
About a week ago (siguro Sept 19) I received free 245 load from Globe. Siyempre tuwang tuwa ako. Libre e.
Tapos nung Sept. 23 natanggap ko itong message na galing sa 290.
"A few days ago, we informed you that you are qualified for the Prepaid Rewards Program. While processing the rewards, we encountered an error in sending the free load. Because of this, the free load given to your account has expired. If you are qualified to receive the free load, your account will be credited startin Sept. 25. We apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you."

"We would like to assure you that only your free load expired and the amount was the same value you received from the Rewards Program. We apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you."

Maybe I wasn't really "qualified" for the reward, and maybe the whole thing was just an "error". Sure, these could be the case. Baka nga honest mistake lang. But what I find disconcerting is the is a possibility that, if Globe could take away my supposedly free load just like that, what's to stop them from, say, removing prepaid load outright? Did they pass through some DTI or other screening process before they took back my gift?
And if they could remove free load, what's to stop them from doing something more sinister, like screening text messages and divulging information that GCash users (among others) entrusted to Globe?
Sana tinext ko na lang lahat sa Taktak Mo yung pinahiram ng Globe. Baka nanalo pa ako ng sasakyan.
