This photograph of the Combermere Abbey library was taken in 1891 by Sybell Corbet. The figure of a man can faintly be seen sitting in the chair to the left. His head, collar and right arm on the armrest are clearly discernable. It is believed to be the ghost of Lord Combermere. Lord Combermere died in 1891, having been struck and killed by a horse-drawn carriage.

No one recognized the ghostly woman, and they could not imagine how her image appeared in the picture. Besides being a bit out of focus, the woman's head is also too large compared to the other vacationers, unless she is sitting closer to the camera, which would put her in the middle of the table.

This interesting photo was taken sometime around the year 2000 in Manilla, Republic of the Philippines. According to The Ghost Research Society, two girlfriends were out for a walk one warm night. One of them entreated a passing stranger to photograph them using her cell phone's camera (hence the low-resolution picture). The result is shown here, with a transparent figure seeming to tug on the girl's arm with a firm if friendly grip.

There is further corroboration that this is a true ghost photo. Neil had shown the couple the anomalous photo, and before the wedding they asked the staff at the farm if they had ever had any spooky experiences there. They did not mention Neil's photo. Indeed, they admitted that the figure of a young boy, dressed in white night clothes, had been seen on several occasions around the barn.

The simple facts are these: The young woman in the right was graduating high school on the night this photo was taken. The man in the photo is her father and the baby is her daughter, born just a few months before. After this photo was developed, the family noticed the strange images that appeared in it, especially around the baby. They really didn't know what to think of them.... only that they were strange enough to make them want to keep the photo around. It was not until the baby died just two months after the photo was taken that the images came back to haunt them......

At first glance you can't see anything but if you look to the right of the second girl's legs, you will see the head of a child. I believe it to be a ghost as there is nobody behind them. Plus, the child in the picture is crying, and they say that children are more likely to sense a spirit in the room than adults. Even more mysterious is that all of the women in this photo have since passed away.

A fireman responding to an accident took this photo in Malaysia. It wasn't until after the pictures were developed that the haunting creature under the bridge was discovered. Could it be the soul of someone that perished in the accident?

While out walking in the local forest (Blairadam, Kelty, Fife, Scotland) with my wife and kids we stopped to take a few pictures. I used my digital camera and after loading them onto the computer forgot all about them for nearly a year.

Anyway a few days ago I decided to tidy them up and print them off for an album. It was while cropping the second pic in the set that I noticed something in the tree line behind my kids.

Attached is a blow up of the area. As always I'm sure there is a rational explanation but creepy all the same. There was no one else in the area at the time and the area in the pic was the site of an old coal mine from around 1900.

While visiting the Green-Wood Cemetery in Brooklyn, NY today, I was peeking into a crypt and trying to see in. It was too dark to see anything.
The only opening was this cross in the door so I tried using the camera flash to light up the inside. The flash went off but it didn't seem to do anything but bounce off the stone. Then when I got home I uploaded the photo and saw this smoke-like image inside the tomb.

I don't know whose tomb it is, I didn't even think to look when I was there. I will have to go back and see if I can find it. This cemetery is massive. That is How I saw the image as well but others see it this was, also a female but more of a 3/4 view of a face, if you take the left eye of the skeletal face, that would be the only (right) eye and to the left of that is the shape of a nose. Below this the mouth, I don't know if that makes sense but I am not sure how else to explain it.

The following photo was taken at the Crumlin Road Prison in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Today, the prison is only used as a tourist location, but many years ago, it acted as a facility for prisoner execution. In this photo, a tourist hopped inside an empty coffin as a joke. Little did he know that when thid photo got developed, the joke would be on him. A clear image of a ghostly face can be seen next to the man, undoubtedly one of the many that perished in the prison's history.

This chilling photograph was sent to us via e-mail by Kelly. Kelly is different from most people in that she is constantly surrounded by negative energy and spirits. This photo They were taken near her place of employment at around 6:00AM. Before shooting the photo, Kelly said a brief prayer, asking God and her Guardian Angels to help her rid the negative presence, in addition to capturing a good photo of the spirits as proof.



Three figures are present in the photo. The first is a woman with her arm stretched out as if to say "Come with me." The second spirit angel can be seen hiding in the background, perhaps in a "waiting" stance, and finally the third figure in the photo is rather indistinguishable.
