Spooky Head in Aquarium

Emma Place, 21, took this eerie photo on her phone at Hull’s £53million attraction The Deep. Boffins at the aquarium admit they are baffled by the appearance of the man’s face, which appears to be gawping up at a shark Dentistry student Emma, of Doncaster, only spotted the ghoulish face when she arrived home.

She said: “My boyfriend said, ‘what’s that?’ I replied, ‘it’s a shark’.

“He said, ‘no, the face.’ I was like, oh my God! It actually looks quite spooky.

“I’m easily freaked-out.”

Although Emma’s dad Alan, 48, was stood next to her in the glass tunnel, she insists he looks nothing like the man in the photo.
Bosses have spent hours searching CCTV footage, which confirmed the pair were the only ones inside the tunnel.
And they have even tried to recreate conditions in the tunnel where the reflection could appear, but with no success.
The aquarium – on the banks of the Humber estuary – was built on the site of an isolation hospital, where smallpox victims were held.
It’s not the first time ghostly goings-on have been reported.
A night watchman claims to have spotted a shadowy figure in the TimeLine, which charts the history of the world’s oceans.
Colin Brown, chief executive of The Deep, said: “We are a scientific centre and we’re sure there must be a logical explanation.
"It’s just that we can’t find it.
"There must be some sort of optical illusion or reflection of images between the window, but we cannot figure out how it has been done.”

Dead Father Ghost

Of all the ghost pictures we have seen this has to be one of the ghost pictures that most tugs at our heat strings. The woman that took the ghost pictures says that some months after her first baby was born her father died. When her second baby was born the baby was born early and had to stay in the hospital for an extended period. All the time her new baby was in the hospital she kept thinking about her father and wishing he was there to give her strength. Her baby eventually recovered and went on to be big and strong. However, some time later when she was looking through picture taken in the hospital she was stopped in her tracks when she saw this picture. The face in the glass hovering over her poorly son was the face of her dead father. The ghost picture was proof positive to her that her father never left her side when she needed him the most.

Lauren said no one dressed like the figure in the left of the photo was present, so our conclusion is that this is a ghost from that era. I suspect the green circular lines are a result of a portal opening, a wormhole that connects our dimension with the spirit dimension.

Suzanne said, "My family and I were at a rodeo in Cleveland, Ohio at the basketball arena. I took photos with my digital camera throughout the whole rodeo and the concert afterward. At this point in the rodeo a cowboy came out and talked about how he had a cowboy idol as a kid (someone like Roy Rogers, but I cant remember exactly who it was now) and that is why he got into doing the lariat. During the performance they had some fog coming up around him. I snapped several shots during the performance, but this is the only one that I noticed something in when I got home and looked at them. If you look to his right you can see the upper body of a transparent figure of a cowboy in what looks to be an old-fashioned cowboy hat. You can only see his face, hat and shoulders. I know that there was no one standing next to him while he was performing and you can see the "live cowboys sitting on the gate in the background who appear solid. What do you think?"

I have been taking pictures at known or suspected haunted locations, even before there was such show as Ghost Hunters, but I never caught anything besides "orbs", which I always attribute to dust or whatever. I swept around with the thermometer, the temperature in one spot dropped from 90 to around 60. I moved on and off the spot several times...same reading. So I took out my flashlight, and looked across the field, towards the tree line. I did not see anything. At that point, I just started snapping away pictures, then we walked down towards the tree line. I decided I would try and enhance his image a little more (he was about 50 to 75 feet away). Once I cropped the picture, and adjusted it a bit more...I noticed that it definitely seems to be some kind of soldier. He has on suspenders, canteen, small pack, and his eyes appear to be glowing. Dr. Dave's Notes:
Many people send us "faces" captured in windows that require one's imagination to fill in the blanks to make facial features. In ninety-five percent of the time those faces are mere reflections from natural objects that the mind attempts to see as a face.
In this case, the face is human and very real, not a white vapor like image. Who is this face? A ghost or perhaps is it this woman's "other" self from a parallel dimension that overlapped into this dimension as she took the photo of herself. Notice the face eyes and eye brows, they appear to be the same as the young woman taking the picture. Could this be another example of a dimensional shift?

Around her you can see an old stick and ball wicker rocking chair - another fancy chair - a very decorated rug on the floor - and what looks like a GHOST right next to the baby. I suppose some could say it was a "trick" of the camera, but I'm not sure how they would have accomplished that back in the early 1900's?!! The ghostly image looks like another small child - sitting on the floor next to the live child. See for yourself. The "evidence" seems to speak for itself."

GHOST AT THE OLD CABIN! *
Jennifer writes, "this picture was taken February, 2002. I had just come from an overnight ghost hunt at an old Inn. We stopped to take pictures at this old cabin, which is used as an old General store. It was closed for the winter season at the time we stopped and I snapped this photo. As you
can see, clearly in front of the window is face of some sort."

Brenda writes, "Mediums brought the spirit into the painting. She will often speak aloud to people who stare into the picture or even walk out of the painting and walk the house at night. Standing in full view of its empty, dark windows as twilight deepened, filled us with a sense of dread. The dull glow of a bloated moon peering through a curtain of trees gave relief to the grey bulk before us which quickly became enshrouded by Night. … Then we entered the darkness beyond the door, we called for the Spirit to enter the painting, to try to help her …Help her from the home where she was no longer welcome. It worked in a way, but she still walks from the painting, but she is the artist. Three mediums did the job they was hired to do. The painting was removed from the mansion and put in storage for a few years. Donated to the Investigations Ghost hunting group in 2006 it is our newest arrival. Upon taking the photo's for the auction we noticed a face in the painting. Many strange events have been noted within the company of the painting. Nothing evil that we know of, but a lot of paranormal activity. We have a recorded EVP that we will try to have in this auction. Look close at the pictures and you will see the woman of the Main Street mansion. Below you can see the face appear looking slightly to the left, but not as much as the other picture which she is looking straight on. The painting does not have this face painted on it. It was caught with the camera. The frame is included and is real wood.

It was brand new film, and there were no kids around, except the little boy taking the picture. Not double exposure, as the film container had just been opened. All the film was shot at the church. Wildest thing I have ever seen."

this photo was taken at cuckoo's nook in Birmingham, England.
I'd heard that it was a spooky place from my childhood and after talking to a
few friends (rob is the one pictured) we decided that beings as it
was the 6th of the 6th of the 6th, we thought we'd scare each other by going
there at night. nothing happened while we were there but after looking at
the photo's I noticed a blurry figure just on the right hand side of rob in
one of the photos. it freaked us out to no end! I definitely
wont be returning to that spot again anytime soon.

VIRGIN MARY IMAGE SHATTERED *
Windows that thousands of visitors believed bore the image of the Virgin Mary were discovered broken recently. The three top panes that showed what appeared to be the Virgin Mary’s veiled head were destroyed, with just shards of glass remaining in the window frames. The damage was discovered when a ministry worker arrived the next morning. The image first appeared a week before Christmas in 1996. Hundreds of thousands of people have since visited the church to worship and take pictures. The image stretched 60 feet high and twenty feet across on nine bronze colored glass panels. The image was evocative of a stained glass portrait of Mary. Shades of purple, blue, yellow, and green washed across the mirrored surface and swirled into a robe-draped figure with downcast head. Unfortunately however, the upper panels of the glass image were destroyed by an 18 year old kid for no particular reason other than to be mean. The vandal received a jail sentence of 10 days and ordered to pay the ministry $1200 for the damage. “He took something that was irreplaceable to the community,” prosecutor Doug Ellis told the kid. The jail stay will be followed by two years of probation.
