i've known that one of the best ways to learn in graphic arts is to check your work with others so that you'll know how far you've improved with your work, also to look for mistakes and make room for improvements. so i'll start this thread offering good advice to those who need it. i'll lay simple rules so that this thread would not be flooded with spam.





this thread is open to all graphic enthusiast beginners who would like to get their works C & C's.

Graphic artists (professional or intermediate) are advised to create their own gallery, and would just have their works c & c at their respected threads.

Graphixers can post sigs, avatars, banners, wallpapers, renders and alike.

pls. post your graphic work as an image and not as a signature.

anyone is entitled to post comments here provided that you are objective on commenting their work and not the maker.

symbianizers, if you like the gfxer's work and cannot say anything else but 'maganda work mo' or alike just press the thanks button.

post the sig/avatar of the the user you want to comment. if the size is too large then link the image.

speak nicely when commenting. any violent reactions would result to infractions.

enjoy :thumbsup: its a learning experience.

do not post works that are not yours.

this ones good, mejo blurred lang po. try sharpening the focus of the sig. then more touch of colors violet and blue. :D

gsm_blue parang mahirap ata tong siggy na ginawa mo. mashado pong napasobra po yung dark areas mo i suggest play with more opacity para di sya ganun ka dark. for the text ganun din po. try simple effects sa text muna basta blend lang sya around the sig nicely.

suggetion lng po ... nangyari na sa akin yang nag-pixelize ung mga gawa ko... ate sher... bawasan mo po ng konti ung dimensions ng sig mo po para ma-save mo sya ng mas maganda ang quality... gnun ginagawa ko ngyn sa mga gawa ko... ung kina momi jeng sagad ang dimensions kita nyo nmn mejo nag-pixelize.. 400x150 db? try mo po 400x145 or 395x150 basta gnun lng po... ako set ko lng po sya sa quality is 9... turo po skin ni master crazy un... :thumbsup:

kasi nahihiya ako sa mga unang sig na gawa ko.. kaya natural gagawa ako ng paraan para lumabas ung quality nya.... buti na lng nag-share si crazy... pero standard nya is benchline daw tlga is 9...idea ku lng po ung dimensions kasi di sya ma-upload pag sagad...it works for me ... share ko lng fafi...

share ko lang kung bat nagpipixelize yung gawa ni sher tas yung nagawa mo angels..dumedepende po yung kung ano resolution ng ginagawa mong image,sig, etc,base on experience to ah..sakin kasi tinataasan ko resolution ko,hindi yung default na 74 or 72 (basta ganon),dinadagdagan ko xa ginagawa kong 100 - 150 depende sa sie ng gagawin ko..tapos sa image size naman na sinasabi ni angels,sakin walang problema kahit gaano kalaki o kaliit gagawin ko,basta ang mahalaga nadagdagan ko resolution niya..and ayun naman di siya napipixelize..sana this reply will help you.. :thumbsup:

benchline ko na kasi ung bigay mo biggie ung 100... minsan 110 sa resolution.. minsan kasi ung sa ps maganda tignan... pag-save mo na iba na sya... gnun kasi nging prob... kaya nagpaliit ako ng dimensions... hope this will help too..:thumbsup:

here's a good tip :D try mo i base ang colors mo sa pics na gagamitin mo para di ka mahirapan mag blend around. try good matching colors. gaya ng blue to red. green-yellow-orange-red wag yung parang nag-aaway ang colors :D.

text type should match your motif and pwede mo sya ilagay sa dull area ng work mo to fill the lapse.

Sinubukan ko yung wallpapers mo instilledbee pero it seems like naging blurred na yung image pag na-set na as a desktop background. Image-wise is ok, di ko lang masyado trip yung glare. :D

Tsaka tingin ko mas gaganda yung wallpaper mo kung pipili ka ng mas magandang combination of colors. :D

Note: I dont have lots of knowledge sa graphic arts and stuff, so therefore you may disregard my comment :lol:

parang choppy po yung render mo fire, me lumampas na white areas around sa buhok. yung kamay ni gambit could use more effects, try mo overlay screen lighten layers with different opacities to get the effect you need.

ala ako maisip bout sa 1st image... sa 2nd imge lng meron masyadong dark and masyado pixelized na sya para tuloy sya lumang pic. pero di ko lam kung ano kasi iniimagine mo nung ginawa mo... kung mejo horror ung trip mo sa image nice going w/dark environment.. un lng...bakit malinaw sa gitna?!!! sana nilahat mo nlng...

sa 2nd naman....:think: gaussian blur-noise? :unsure: out of focus ba yung gusto mo mangyari? kasi yung gitna, like papi angel said, clear tapos sa labas naman blurred. nice idea, pero hindi masyado ok yung pag-execute. meron tutorial sa cs2 na out of focus technique. search mo lang dito sa SYMB baka andito lang yun, kung wala, just tell me tuturuan kita, wala na kasi yung tut sa akin. anyway ok ang theme, dark. nakuha mo yung idea ng pag-set ng theme. :salute:

ung sig gagawan mo ng effect na parang nasa glossy paper sya... low opacity na lines sa gilid or some parts ng image...parang ung effect nung mga sig ni crazy ung manipis na line sa gilid... may nagawa ka nun... kaso di naapply ng maigi sinuyod ko yung req.thread... gnun ung sig ni sir gray ngyn...di ako familiar sa tool na yun eh... pencil tool daw... di ko nmn lam tpos nun anung gagawin ko...

do ko makita ung movements nya ahihi.. liitan mo konti (practice transforming). palabasin mo ung hair nya nandun ung movements nya (flow). di ko rin mabasa ung "I" sa killer ahihi... gawa ka masmalaki bro 400x150 atus ba ung comment ko? ahihi.. di na natutuolog yan si fire mula nang nabuksan ang graphix eye nya. :lol: keep up the good work bro..

pen tool gamit ko dun, tapos ang fill color white. tapos rasterize type then set opacity to 10%. mas maganda ang effect nun kapag maganda ang blending ng gradient fill mo sa bg (dark to light or light to dark). di ko pa masyado kabisado ang color blending eh. :sigh:

naalala ko bigla. hehe. :giggle: try using feather next time na mag-marquee tool ka. para mas maganda yung pag-blend ng blurred tsaka clear image. :thumbsup:
