This will work with any sig siz, and it will take a couple of min. if you never done this.

Open a sig that you have finsihed that need the rounded corners.
I will be using these sizes:

Creat a New Layer, then select the Layer and give it a Name like Round Edge Border Move it to the bottom of all the layer. (Hotkey: Ctrl+Shift+[)

Then Select the Round Rectangle Tool. (Click & Hold for menu)

Then in the Options Bar, select the Third icon in the right called Fill Pixels, and the Type in the Radius how much a curve do you want. I typed 20 px (Higer the number the rounder it will get)

Then Select any color that you want, it dose not matter. Then Click in one corner and drag the it to another corner and then realeas the mouse button.

The Select one Layer at a time and go in the Menu Bar under Layer > Creat Clipping Mask (Hotkey: Alt+Ctrl+G)

pwede rin ito, kaso di mo control kung gaano kalaki yung borders na gusto mong ilagay, i.e kung gusto mong lagyan ng konting design.

i suggest gawa ka ng new layer, then gamit nung polygonal lasso tool, gawa ka ng rectangle sa loob ng layer mo (yun area ng rectangle ay yung magiging area na gusto mong ipakita sa sig), then right click > select inverse, then press alt-backspace. take note na yung color na mai-i-fill dun sa border ay yung nakalagay na color sa foregound color mo..:D
