I decided to make a tutorial para sa samsung star.. since maraming nagtatanung..

GLOBE
1> go to settings > application setting > browser profiles then create..
set name: GLOBE or kahit ano gusto mo iname
access name: http.globe.com.ph
home URL: http://wap.globe.com.ph
Proxy address: 203.177.91.131:80
linger time: 300
the rest as is po.
then save nyo ginawa nyo..
then choose it.

widgets:
2. go to settings then display and lights
then choose widgets > settings > i on nyo yung networksettings then choose widget profiles choose mo yung ginawa mong settings.

APPLICATION:
3. choose games and more then > more> connection piliin mo yung ginawa mo ulit na settings .

DEFAULT BROWSER
4. go to your default browser then settings then again piliin mo yung ginawa mong settings.

5.GPRS
activate your GPRS
walang ang samsung star model na available sa GPRS Activation thru Txt, kaya tawag na lang kayo sa CSR ng GLOBE.

finally download opera mini


SUN

hanap ka na lang po ng iba pang working proxy. or refresh mo lang po.

gamitin mo po yung proxy na binigay ko dito sa tutorial. then when your running om use socket connection its under menu then setting.
make sure activated gprs mo and may E or G icon sa phone mo.
try mo po gumamit ng signed opera mini meron po ako sa thread ko, under mobile application samsung..
feedback po pag gumana..

yung ginagamit kung space trick sa opera mini editable version lang po.
the rest proxy na lang, sa default brower and apps.
gumagana naman sya kaso lang lagi napuputol connection unlike sa sun. perpekto.. hehehe

Lagi kong pinipili yung allow, always ask. Pag may load ako, yun nababawasan ng 5 pesos. Pag wala naman, failed to connect to the internet. Tulong naman.

Try This method this will require a computer.

1. Download games and application u want to install in your star handset.

2. After download open the folder where the file is downloaded.

3. Create a notepad file in folder and paste this code.

4. Save it as a .html file.

5. Now Copy both html and jar file to ur memory card or phone memory.

6. Now disconnect it with ur pc and open .html file on ur phone.

a) First time it says for network connection select any.
B) Reopen html file ,it says to save file on ur phone.

"NOTE" the said method only work if your phone support easy java.

if not try this one

Here is another method by which you will be able to install games / apps. in your mobile.But you will need the pc for this method.
1- Download the following file and open it with notepad.
2- Find the text news.jar in the opened file.
3- Replace this news.jar with the game/apps. name which you want to install.Be careful not to change anything else in the opened file.
4-save it.
5-Transfer this file along with the game/apps. jar file to your memory card.
6-Open this modified file in your mobile.
7- Hurrey it will install your game/app. in your mobile.

It worked for me,Hope it will work for you.
