proper diet and gym nga para mas ok pero if u want take some hydroxycut kasi yun ang gamit ko dati i was like 186lbs then ginamit ko yun kasama ng gym and diet ngaun nasa 161 ako after 8 weeks.

bawasan mo pagkain mo, pagdating sa kanin, kalahati lang (o mas konti pa) ang kain mo sa usual na lagi mong kinakain, lalo na sa kanin at sigurado papayat ka, sigurado 100% effective yan :)

bkit allen? mxado kba mataba? kung kung chubby lng nmn auz lng....ahaha...pewo para sakin gym n lng poh....balanced diet....wag xado diet sa food bka mpagaya k sa tita ko nmatay dhil sa sobrang diet...ahahaha...:dance::dance:

Tol! payo ko sayo kung mag ggym ka... cardio ka...

treadmill, jogging.. watever...

den ung bigat ng barbell mo... mga 5- 10 lbs lng... pero marami ang counts... tunaw yng fats mo bro...

tama ung sabi ni merde... bawasan lang ung kain..dhan2 lang, wag biglaan... ang ginawa ko dati is taking a little portion on my regular amount of meal...binabawasan o ng mga 1/4... like for example, u have rice, chicken and fish for lunch, bawasan mo ng 1/4 ang mga un... pag tumagal, pwede nang half ang ibabawas mo.....pwede rin take 6 meals a day insmall amounts..:D

bro un hydroxycut 50 petot = 3pieces sa toby's. effective un, ang gwin mo lang program sa gym cardio exercise para mabilis ka pagpawisan.. mawawala din un appetite mo pag uminom ka hydroxycut
