Depende kung ano account mo (im speaking of call center agents who works for customers or clients abroad-international baga)

Kung nasa sales...magbebenta ka ng products or services... like isp, satellite systems..so on.

puede ring customer or consumer services, like us..we do technical support..in case of pc's, home improvement procedures, troubleshooting machines, taking orders, answering common questions...

puede ring email account, meron kme dito travel account pero they answer inquiries thru email..

dapat highly conversant ka at adaptive, tska may computer know how of course.

Of those accounts that you have mentioned, which one is the best?
By the way how much is the salary per month..?
