I stared for a moment and tried to remember.
All the good times we have been through.
The days when you were there to comfort me.
The days when you took away the blue.

Never getting tired of my fits and fusses.
Never complaining about any inconvenience.
You helped me through each passing changes.
And stayed with me in life's moving pages.

I don't want to let go but I know I must.
I know I have changed so much in the past.
But you remained the same old you.
Like the past, I have to let you go too.
