Bakit po ganon di ko na po magamit ang camera ng phone ko pag gagamitin ko ang camera and video laging system error? ano po kaya ang solusyon? thanks po

1) turn off your phone
2) take out the memory card
3) turn on the phone and wait for a bit
4) hold call button (green key) , * , 3 then hold the power button. wag mong bibitawan. hintayin mo na lumabas yung formatting sa screen.

6630 user dn ako. pg gnyan ang problem mdlas s phone memory ang my problema.. pwdeng full n cya, try o ung cnbi ni sir marky o kya ung ky ayangko.

eto n lng para malinis tlga lhat ng file mo lipat mo s pc (computer) tapos reformat mo yung phone memory (hard format) ska memory card mismo ieformat no din ,then copy mo n yung files mo n image at videos yung system wag mo n copyahin ok (format tru pc then cp)
