I need general procedures on how to connect my personal computer to internet using my mobile phone as modem..
Please help as soon as possible.

You need to install the Motorola Modem Driver to access internet using your motorola phone. The Motorola Modem Driver is in the CD included in the box. If you don't have try google it. :)

if your using NOKIA phone model u need to install nokia PC suite connect your phone via USB device .. ONce the PC detected your mobile phone click on PC Suite and Connect to the Internet ... choose your network provider and connect.. Thats it!
