Can I join multiple usergroups at one selection or one at a time?
Kahit ilan pwede nating salihan anytime basta ba kaya nating gawin yung mga task na nakaassign sa bawat group.

wla na ba Sir Lance ung uploading team? wla akong masalihan eh. :lol:

uu nga, gus2 ku sana sumali sa theme artist kasu hnd aku nag crecreate ng theme, yung mga maganda lng ang na ishare ku... good idea yung uploading team™..-)

Kahit ilan pwede nating salihan anytime basta ba kaya nating gawin yung mga task na nakaassign sa bawat group.

Ang mga Elite Members ay yung mga nka 500+ rep pts. Nabibigyan cla ng ganung title dhil na din sa mga naishare nila d2 sa forum. Mapupunta sa VIP ung mga nag donate d2 sa forum. Tulad ni Bathala.

so kagaya ko ? almost 500 ang post ? am i an elite user ? ung nakalagay sa akin na FORUM ADVISOR ? ano naman un ? un ba ang nakalagay sa mga elite user ? ngyah... gusto ko sanang magjoin sa webteam kaso di ako ganun kagaling sa HTML...

Di naman. Malalaman naman ng group leaders kung sino yung mga busy talaga at yung mga nagdadahilan lang. And besides, light lang naman yung mga ginagawa eh. Yung gagawin para sa isang month, pwedeng matapos sa isang araw lang kung gugustuhin natin. Pwede ring subukan nyo muna, kung di nyo trip, wag nyo na ituloy. :)

Dapat member ka na ng 5 pang Forums (site). Kahit anong klaseng Forum, ok lang. At kahit wala ka pang post don ok lang din. PM mo na lang sa group leader yung link sa mga sites na yon.

After few mins.. pumasok si sir boyti sa confe, den after few mins again.. pumasok si sir vagalance... I, noosadz and sir boyti asked him a few questions, but still.. until now, di pa nia nasasagot..

we, are not demanding for an answer.. we just want to know the basis kung bakit na promote sila...

Yung nanalo ba sa SFSGA (http://www.symbianize.com/showthread.php?t=10996) contest natin nagpopost na sya ng mga gawa nya dati pa? Kung titignan natin yung mga gawa ng bawat GAs natin, sya yung may pinakonting pinost na gawa nya. Ang point natin don, yung contest na yon ay isang pagkakataon lang para mapasama ka sa GA ng hindi na kailangan pang i-post yung mga gawa mo. ;)

Ngayon ko lang nabalitaan yung tungkol dita ah. Di na kasi ako nakakaikot ikot dito eh. :D

Question lang, how come I don't see icOn and instilled_bee in the list? They also helped in the avatar and sig section.

una po kasi sir lance...parang napaka-biglaan naman yung promotion. and for me (for me lang ha, i don't know sa iba) parang it was a total insult dun sa tatlo nating GA na biglaan na lang. kung iisipin, malayu-layo na rin ang narating nung tatlo nating GA noon pa man. sir gray was the team leader of GA user group, master anachist was (i think) recommended by sir gray, and fil...we all know what fil went through para mapasama dun sa grupo. sayang po kasi sir lance kasi kami, ang taas ng tingin namin pag sinabing SYMBIANIZE GRAPHIC ARTIST. we are not questioning the skills and works of those newly promoted GA's, ang sa amin lang po sana, nagkaron ng notice or announcement ahead na magkakaroon ng GA promotions. tapos merong basis/guidelines na susundin para naman makita natin yung principle of transparency, hindi yung pa-bigla2. it was a total shock not only to us members, but most of all dun sa tatlong GA natin. i am not speaking in behalf of the three, i am speaking in behalf of my own opinion and also the opinion of others. :peace:

inuulit ko lang po...i am not questioning the decision of the management regarding this matter. my only concern is sana...na-execute ng mabuti yung principle of transparency beforehand. hindi ko rin kinukwestyon ang skills at mga gawa ng mga newly promoted GAs. lahat kayo magagaling. everybody deserves to be called graphic artist. but also, everybody has their own time...if the management find it na ngayon na ang tamang panahon...then i rest my case. thank you. :peace:

EDIT: @sir gray, i still have a long long way to go compared to the three of you. and besides, di na ako masyado gumagawa ng sigs and avs ngayon. i am more focused on big canvasses and photo/image manipulation. hindi pa ako ganun ka-flexible pagdating sa graphic arts :D marami pa akong kakaining bigas. :D i would be honored kung isasali ako sa grupo, but id rather not. not yet. i have my time. :D

i was surprised last Saturday when i saw my new user title (Gfx Artist)..:lol: i'm not really expecting that i will be promoted to this position.. :lol: kala ko may competition pa like SFSGA.. :lol: because last September i saw the SFSGA Competition and only tough gfxerz made it on the final round.:lol: actually my mission why i registered here is to compete to SFSGA. filbryant invite me to join the SFSGA last September to compete with other Gfxerz but i wasn't qualified to join because one of the qualification to join the contest is that the poster should be 15 days registered symbianizer. :slap: so i decided to wait for the next SFSGA. while waiting for the next SFSGA, anachist invite me to show my skills in Avatar & Signature Image Request Thread. medyo nagustuhan ng mga members gawa ko so i decided to be active to this forum and continue creating siggy for members as requested.

kung ang pinagkaka-guluhan ba dito yung title. I rest my case ... isosoli ko ang title kung yun ang kaligayahan ng iba... it's xmas and ayaw ko naman magka-gulo dahil sa appointment ko as GA... I AGREE WITH BRO ARWIEN... not in the title it's in the skills... pero ako rin di makapaniwala... pero i just liked to share my works... masaya na ako na masaya ang mga nabibigyan ko ng av and sigs just like when i am starting here in symbianize.. kung maraming gfxers ang naaapektuhan sa promotion ... idaan na lang ulit sa contest just like before... mas masaya pa rin siguro... kaya sana walang samaan ng loob it's christmas time so peace tayong lahat!!!:peace: yun lang po...

hmm... di aman sa di pde maging GA ang newly promoted GA's... besides, mas mgnda nga kung mas maraming GA dba? sa amin lng, as a members of symbianize.. cguro we have the right to know kung bakit naging GA ang newly promoted GA's...

we know, all symbianizers know. that the newly promoted GA's have the skills and talent in graphics. in fact, crazy-fox-06 made my current and may past signatures. lahat na bagong na promote na GA ay deserving na maging GA..

sa amin lng.. we want know the basis.. aun, pinost na ni sir vagalance ang basis kung bakit keo naging GA. un lang naman ang gusto kong malaman eh...

actually nakakapressure pa nga to eh.. kasi i highly respect yung 3 senior GA's dito sa symb.. feeling ko all eyes on us if we really do deserve the title..

Kung napapansin nyo dati, kapag ang isang member nakapasok sa isang group, automatic may medal na sya. So ngayon wala na yon. Parang exaggerated na kase. Yung mapasama sa group, yun na yung acknowledgment sa efforts o talent nya.

next question sir lance..yung mga newly promoted GA's na non-elite, meron ba silang privileges of elites? :noidea:

thanks po sir lance.. clear na sa akin ang basis ng mga naging appointed artists. @ first naman tested na ang capabilities ng mga GA natin no doubt they will perform their duties well. but still, to the mods and staff can the newly appointed GA's be PM about their duties and responsibilities for our site. for me being a "symbianize graphic artist" means more than the green color in my name or the purple bar below it.

and can we be involved in appointing the next batch of graphic artist? we can have a tribunal meeting or a graphic artist vote if the applicant is really deserving for the tittle.
we will help to test investigate and decide if the artist is the real deal. this will maintain the challenge level and thus will motivate all aspiring artist to learn more from Symbianize.


as my first duty as an graphic artist.. I stand with sir gray, can I at least nominate instilled bee & icon.. these two guys since they were trainee to elite work there pants off to help members on our graphics zone.. they didn't started a tread of their own but helped a lot by lending hand on other graphic based thread.
