Guys pa help naman p0h kasi my rayuma ako ! 21 years old palang ako dinapunan na ako ng ganitong sakit anu po ba ang tamang gawin kasi hindi p0 ako makapag work dahil dito!

walang madaliang lunas yan dude, dahan dahan talaga ang pag tanggal nyan parang cholesterol, parang kidney stones... meron mga pain killers and remedies... pero not quick cures.

Take ka po ng analgesics like ibuprofen or mefenamic acid kung sumasakit na pero pacheck muna kai Doc kung plano mong itake regularly yung mga medicines para safe..
Hot compress sa affected part 1st thing in the morning for 15 - 30 minutes, try mo rin cold compress for the rest of the day kung mas effective ba sau..
mg.exercise din po para ma.maintain yung joints flexibility mo.. Do walking, stretching, etc. para din po yan sa weight reduction kung medyo mataba ka. :)
tama po c rebels, drink plenty of fluids then iwas mga foods rich in uric acid. Kain ka ng citrus fruits para mataas vit. C level mo ngpapababa yan ng symptoms ng arthritis. Inom ka rin ng gatas para mai calcium ksi ang arthritis nakakapagpahina ng bones..
lastly, mgrelax para iwas stress.. kasi stress triggers arthritis.. listen to music, laugh, take a break from work, etc.

Tol try mo ampalaya. Yan kasi pinapakaen sakin.Pareho pala tayo ng sitwasyon . 16yo pa lang pero may rayuma na din. pero madalang lang kung umatake. Sa sobrang sakit hindi ako naka kuha ng exam noon.

More on prevention ka bro dapat.. more fluids dapat talga.. advice nila eh 8-10 glass a day di ba? pero para sa mga walang iniinda yun.. dapat ang goal mo eh 2-3 liters of water a day.. bale kung kaya mo 12-15 glasses a day.. wag kang kumain ng mga pagkaing rich in purine dahil yun ang magiging uric acid.. halimbawa eh mga lamang-loob.. alam mo na yun.. at wag mong hayaang malamigan paa mo dahil isa din yun dahilan kaya sasakit.. pag pagod ka o kakatapos maglakad ng malayo-layo din, dapat hindi mabasa ang mga paa mo habang nagpapahinga ka.. at isang magandang gawin mo, itaas mo paa mo minsan para makatulong sa oxygenation ng paa mo at mararamdaman mong sobrang nakakarelax yun..:clap:

my mga clase kasi ng sakit mo.. consult n lng ng doctor.. para sapul ung tamang clase ng sakit mo.. at tama rin un ggamot na iinumin mo...

eto ang madagdag ko aside from prohibiting foods /drinks rich in euric but i hope this wont let you down:
1. internal organs(fish or none fish),eat less pork,or meat only fish meat.
2.canned foods(less on canned fruits)
3.any processed foods especially in groceries
4.very salty foods ex chichirias,seafoods,soups if its very salty.
5.all alcoholic drinks except red wines(less alcohol)
6.any kind of beans ex: monggo,soya,coffee beans.
7. fish of euric rich, Lison,tangegue.some big fishes.
8. cheddar cheese,mayonaise,ajinomoto(powdered flavorings) or cubed flavorings.
9. soy sauce,worchesterchire sauce.little on softdrinks.
10.even kecthup,tomato paste,(hidden salts the mouth cannot detect)

consult your licensed physical therapist,lalo na kung affected na ang daily living lalo na ang work, sila ang may complete management sa mga arthritis,at pain management.. dami kinds kasi yan.. may tamang gamit din ang cold at hot compress, pati type of exercise na bagay sa condition mo...mataas sa uric acid mga laman loob, iwas ka sa mga bean type of foods...

Tol may arthritis ka pala.. Dapat nagtanong ka na lang sakin.. Fresh nurse to haha.. Hindi pwede na kung ano anong gamot lang ang inumin mo.. May 4 types kasi e.. Hindi naman kailangan low in uric acid talaga ang kainin .. Kasi karaniwan yun yung pinag babawal sa may mga gouty arthritis.. Kapag napansin mo na lumalaki ang joints ng mga fingers mo lalo na sa paa, gouty arthritis yan..
Ang osteoarthritis naman impossible na magkaroon ka agad niyan kasi sa mga matatanda lang yun.. Possible din na arthritis due to micro organism infection.. But since hindi ka naman nilagnat, then set aside na natin.. Sa tingin ko tol rheumatoid arthritis yan.. Kung nararamdaman mo na stiff yung joint mo lalo na early in the morning, then nasa right category ka.. Usually bilateral yang sakit.. Nutritional diet mo dapat is high in iron and protein.. Iwasan ang high calories.. Kapag sumusumpong, pwedeng uminom ka ng analgesic, Demerol for example.. At simulan mo na rin i exercise yan para hindi tumigas ang joint mo..
