Help naman po. I have an N-Gage classic with me. Ive been using it for almost 3 years now. The problem just came recently, when the loudspeaker produces a crackling sound (or langitngit) everytime I play wav or mp3 or even midi files at high volumes. I know its normal to hear such when you set the volume at max but its very annoying, I even compared it with my friends QD and we played the same sound file. Walang langitngit sa kanya even at max but mine has. Is it normal?

is it so? is there really a possibility na masira yung HF speaker (loudspeaker) merely by setting the phone's volume at max? btw, *#4720# obviously wont work this time, the code is not meant for s60, s80, nor s90 devices. Thanks po sa mga reply guys, maybe its high time I bring this to a service center.

sa tingin ko, oo, isipin mo kung sinisigawan ka sa tenga, di ba masakit? diba sinasabi nila baka masira eardrum? parang ganun din siguro, ewan ko lang, hintayin natin mga comment ng mga technician.. :)

yeah this is one of the most common problem sa NGAGE classic ung speakers nila, what i did was i went to my old friends in greenhills and humingi ako ng bagong speakers. hehehehe ayun ok na sya ulit

BTW: dati din akong technician sa Greenhills b4 i left the country

Really sir? How much would I have to pay if ever for a new loudspeaker? And besides, me mga considerations po ba? Kasi honestly never pa akong nagpaayos sa Greenhills me doubts po kasi (sorry to say that). Will they replace my loudspeaker with the same exact speaker for N-Gage.

If you have a T6 screw driver, open mo ang n-gage mo. Sabi mo 3 years narin yang phone mo.. so maybe medyyo madumi narin yan. kuha ka ng eraser or lacquer tinner, linisin mo yung terminals ng speakers.. or pwede rin gasgasan mo ng kaunti yung terminals..

If still ganun parin yung tunog nya.. then try mo na magpalit ng speaker..

Sana makatulong.. goodluck kaya mo yan!

Right yung sabi ni Yurgen one thing lang ang d ako agree dun sa gasgasan ung mga terminals kc pag ginasgasan mo na un mag leave ng mark un and as years goes by lalong kakapal ang mga croded sa gasgas na area. try to clean it first then pag gusto mo na papalitan punta ka lang sa mga technician marami namang magagaling dyan kahit d sa greenhills basta bantayan mo lang ung mobile mo habang ginagawa.
