Tutorial on how to Resume Mediafire download in Internet Download Manager

1. Open Firefox then click Tools then Options

2. at Options click Privacy Tab then click Remove Individual Cookies

3. at Cookies window search for "mediafire.com" without the qoutes
- Highlight all mediafire cookies then click Remove Cookies then Close then click OK on the Options window

EDIT sa step 3. You can also just delete only the UKEY

4. Now Open IDM then right click on the file you want to resume download then click Refresh Download Address

5. An IDM window will open Click OK

6. the next IDM window will appear that says STOP WAITING - DO NOT CLICK THAT

7. Firefox will open Mediafire, now right click on the CLICK HERE TO START DOWNLOAD then click Download with IMD

8. another window will appear that says New link address for this file was received successfully then click OK

9. Now Go back to IDM then RESUME YOUR DOWNLOAD...:yipee:

@xxbluedevilsxx - just click REMOVE COOKIES after mo ma-highlight ang mga mediafire cookies bro then CLOSE.

CTRL + SHIFT + DEL clear all then edit the download in IDM ipapaste nyo lang yung bagong DL link from mediafire sa naputol na download nyo sa IDM by right click then yung adress palitan nyo..tapos ok na pwede na maresume..

Di mo naman kailangan alisin lahat ng cookies, yung sa mediafire lang, if di ako nagkakamali you also need some of the cookies for other sites naman for faster loading of pages next time you go to that site.:)

Sir para sa MediaFire lang po ba yan. Di ba applicable sa ibang sites gaya ng torrific.com. Parang related po kasi sa problema ko di ko ma resume ang mga download kong movies using IDM even though naka "Yes" naman ang resume capability.

Naka set as Default po ang google chrome mo kaya siya ang bumubukas when you refreshed. Do this on your Firefox, goto TOOLS>Options>Advance>General then sa System Defaults CHECK the Always check if Firefox is the Default browser on start up then press CHECK NOW..

Yes this trick works well with Mediafire. This might not work on other filehosting sites lalo na yung may mga countdown timer pa..:)

Sorry but I've tried it and didn't work. Tried it both on Firefox and Google Chrome. Also deleted all cookies and at some point, only the ukey. Though I'll still try it next time since there is no alternative at the moment. Thanks for sharing anyway.
