Position: Developer/Senior Developer / Team Lead (C#./ASP.Net, SQL)
Job Description
The applicant would work as part of the risk management development team. The Department taking positions from many of the firms position sources including Cash Equities, Derivatives, Convertibles and Prime Services then pricing and evaluating risk for traders, desk heads and risk managers. Design and develop the Team's application components both server side and client side. Assist in all phases of development and deployment. Gain a strong understanding of the businesses and products supported. Work closely with end users to ensure their requirements are understood and met. Where applicable, assist with people processes including recruitment, training and performance management of junior and/or temporary staff. Second line production support of the Team's system.
Desired Candidate Profile
Role: Developer / Senior Developer / Team Lead
IT Experience: 2-5 Year (5-10 Yrs for Senior Developer/Team Lead)
Technical Skills
OS knowledge:
Windows (Win32/NT/ .NET) - Mandatory
Other plaforms or comments - Experience of Windows Server
Programming Language:
C# - Mandatory
ASP.Net - Mandatory
Others - Extensive experience of C#/.Net, Multi-threaded applications in C#
Database knowledge & Skill - Strong SQL experience (Sybase/Oracle)
Additional Skills:
Development Methodology - Mandatory
Multi-Threading - Mandatory
Others - Experience working on Windows GUI applications in C#, Experience in application structuring and system architecture
Other Skills / Experience:
