hey guys can you help me out? because i am going to back up the contents of my sd card to a new one.. maybe you're thinkin to just copy the sd contents to the new sd card and paste it there.. i read somewhere and i don't remember where is that kind of procedure is a big no no.. my phone is not rooted and i can not use titanium back up or something to do this.. and i use app2sd, i can not afford to move back the installed application back to the internal memory due to insufficient memory.. i do not want to re install again the apps that i already installed.. so any help would be greatly appreciated.. thanks. :help:

Kung hindi pa Rooted ang device mo why not give it a try? just select all then copy it to the new SD. Big No No talaga ang procedure if your in a custom ROM with ext linux partition. Magkakaroon ng Bootloop kasi most custom ROMs gumagamit ng ext partition. Since your still on stock ROM ginagamit lang ng Android ang SD mo as storage.
Para Sure gamit ka ng mga partitioning software na may diskimaging capability like the old NORTON GHOST. ;)
Try mo lang kung mg-Fail balik ka lang sa dating card. ok na uli yan.

thanks for the reply mga bossing. i thought kasi hndi pwede yung basta lang copy paste, pag may partition lang pala hindi pwede yun.
anyway, i'm not rooted due to i was able to update my phone via ota for froyo. i'm using htc wildfire and as of now there is no way for me to root my phone kahit na gustong gusto ko na. hehe. bago lang kasi phone kaya atat mg update na hindi muna ng reresearch. hehe. and for me to be able to root my phone i need to downgrade my hboot to .80 kasi currently on 1.0 and impossible to downgrade due to the update. and for me to do that need ko xtc clip for me to get s-off on my phone..
by the way thnks ulit. :-)
