Newly registered members (by 3/01/08) are not allowed to vote to prevent fraud.

my vote goes to light! it's something i'll wear as a sig..
ayos sa smudge, just right..

gusto ko sana kay kittiekat! kaso medyo dull ung kulay sa render..

smudge must be dominant so #15 got my vote. even the border is smudged.

My vote is on number 11 great caption, great theme and smudging.
