Register your paypal account.
Once registered, you need to verify it using your bank account
or credit card account by adding either of those accounts. Just click
verify your account besides the status of your paypal account "Unverified".

For example your BDO savings account. Be sure to deposit atleast
P100. This is needed for verification process. Once approved,
the P100 will be your initial funds in your paypal account. Then
you will have a Verified Paypal Account.

Take note that during verification process, a unique transaction pin
is needed. You can get it from the transaction history in your paypal account after you added your bank account (or in your paypal registered email address).

Mas madali kung Union Bank ang account mo. Like EON account.

pede bro kung may credit card ka ng bdo?or pede ka magrequest sa bdo credit card..kasi samin pinadala lang ng bdo yung credit card. tapos yun gamitin mo sa paypal mo para maconnect..hindi mo sya agad magagamit kasi papadalhan ng paypal ang bdo mo ng verification code lalabas yun sa statement of account(billing mo).pagnakuha mo na yung code na nakalagay sa bill mo type mo sa paypal mo para connected na sya.1$ ata ilalagay ng bdo kasama nung code na yun pero marerefund mo din pagnalagay mo na sa paypal mo yung verification code..aun!goodluck!

NO WAY...Bro...you can ask BDO(which I did)..there's no connection between Paypal and BDO Account......it's impossible....
