Here's the situation:

Her name is Lindy. She is married to a guy named Brandon.
They have a son named Charles.

Brandon is a big guy. Lindy barely reaches his shoulders.
He is insecure and paranoid. Lindy is a beautiful woman and many men admire her.
He is a military man.

Brandon became physical. He punched Lindy when he saw her talking to the grocer. He kicked her when she shook hands with a neighbor. He point a gun to her temples when she hugged an old friend.

Brandon took Charles away from Lindy.

Lindy was able to locate them. Brandon was hesitant to accept Lindy. He told her she has to stay in the bedroom the whole day and never go out of the house.

Charles ran out of the house to catch his ball. Lindy followed to watch over his son. Brandon saw this.

He slapped Lindy's face, pulled her hair and called her "B!TCH"
He humiliated her infront of their neighbors.
Brandon told them that Lindy dates other men and slept many times with a preacher.

He ruined her physically and emotionally.

Lindy cant take this anymore.

One night while Brandon is sleeping, she thrust a knife in his chest and left with Charles leaving Brandon...

lifeless...

---------->> Is the crime committed justifiable?
Why or why not?

Not Justifiable... Again END does not Justifies the MEANS.. If she was brutally treated by her husband, why don't he left her when in fact she was admired by many men... She could have a better fight in the court and could gain custody with her child...

the end does not justify the means, as thought in Theology classes,
just like Robinhood stealing from the castle para ipamigay sa mga mahihirap, oo di na dila naghihirap pero tama ba ang ginawa nya..

unjustifiable, unlawful killing of a human person with malice aforethought, its MURDER!

unjustifiable., unfair as it seems its still wrong to put justice into her own hand. its why we have a justice system, no matter how crooked we perceive it to be we have to obey. that is called civilization.. i think..;)

they made a vows, for better or for worst. unfortunately, lindy got the worst person she could ever have.

If she only used her mind wisely, she could have herself superfluous from that situation. She would'nt end up killing her husband..

unjust..
