nagbago ata icons ko when i tried out alienguise. i already removed it using your uninstaller 2008 pero hindi nabalik yung icons ko, including the icon for my recycle din sa desktop. how do i change it back?

may mga application na pang recover ng icons, tulad ng tuneuputilities..

or, manual-lin mo nalang..kung yung mga recycle bin my comp lang ang nasira

ryt click sa desktop>properties>desktop>customize desktop> tpos nandun na ung mga icons..

here try this.

1. Right-click an empty area of the desktop and choose "Properties".

2. When the "Display Properties" multi-tabbed dialog box appears, click the "Desktop" tab.

3. Click the "Customize Desktop" button.

4. A "Desktop Items" dialog box will appear. Make sure the "General" tab is selected.

5. Choose an icon to change back.

6. Click "Restore Default".

7. Click "OK" on the dialog boxes to close them.

pano po ako maglalagay ng system restore point?

sorry i should have made things clearer on my first post. anyway, i think some of my document icons changed after i installed and removed alienguise. to better illustrate this, here's a photo:

the thing i want to do is change back my document icons to how they looked like before. i want the word files in compatibility mode to have icons that looked like ms word 03 and the firefox documents to have firefox icons.

can someone help? i don't think i was able to create a restore point before installing alienguise. i must have created one but that was looooong before i tried using alienguise.

try mong i-right click yung file na document then hanapin mo yung "open with"
then palitan mo ng microsoft office word. hope it helps.

update: i used tuneup utilities 2008 hehe and i changed my icons by using icon packs :yipee:
