01. load tool attached to this thread
02. extract to C:
03. install DevCertRequest_30_10_2006_v2.0.exe
04. create file name(with path to extracted folder) >>
05. choose "no" for ACS Publisher ID to use 1.key (in extracted folder) as "private key file" and 31536u2 as password >>
06. add data to * field >>
07. add your IMEI "ok"
08. add all items >>
09. "finish" (you'll get your .csr now)
10. go to https://www.symbiansigned.com/app/page
11. register your account (you have to see term and click accept)
12. login with your account
13. click tap "My Symbian Signed"(on the top)
14. choose "Develloper Certificates" then "Request" (menu on the left)
15. select your .csr file and "Send" (can request for 10 times a day)
16. click "Download" and save to the extracted folder (you can use it to make signed programs for 5 months and you can start at 17th step)
17. follow the instruction in Manual.txt(in your extracted folder)
***make sure that you have signsis.exe, 1.key, "your .cer file", and "your .sis file" in the same folder and .cer file is created from 1.key***
