matakaw naman akong kumain pero toothpick pa rin katawan ko, anu dapat ko gawin?
matagal ko nang pinangarap na lumaki katawan ko...:weep::weep:

These are the questions you should answer first..

How young are you?
what's your activity like?
Nasa lahi nyo ba ang payatot?

Yung last question ang pinaka mahirap na labanan.
Why dont try lifting weights. It might help you.
But when you do, go for the big lifts. NOt those isolation types.

wala sa lahi namin ang payatot, matataba nga parents ko eh
nmahilig ako mglaro sa sports, basketball, jogging, soccer.

wat do you mean po nig lifts?
yung malalaki na talaga?
yung pang dalawang kamay?

lifting weights = means going to GYM to lift those cold metals..
You're very active pala. U may want to lessen ur activity to gain some weight.But when you do that, baka fats nman ang mabuo sa katawan mo, which i presume u dont want either.
Thats why going to gym is a good option, it will make you gain weight with less fats to booth.
Just be patient, it wont happen overnight.

kain ng masagana! pero wag sobra sa kainin, tpos sabay exercise o kaya gym..

para lumalaki kana sbay na yung muscles mo...

remember: wag sobra kainin! ako grabe isang kainan 4 na cup ng rice ako may muscles nga ko wla naman akong abs...hahaha...dati meron ngayon nawala 2 nalang 145 lbs pa ko!! :weep:

5'6".....alam kong dpat ideal weight nito eh 135 eh....hehehehe...
