re sleeping habits: itanong niyo muna sa doctor kung may scientific basis yang mga per ora na detoxification. nagtanong ako personally sa kakilala kong doctor at sabi niya WALANG BASEHAN. natanggap ko na rin ang mga katulad nito sa email. huwag lang tayo basta-basta maniniwala sa email, karamihan kasi totally walang basehan.

naisip ko lang kasi, ako nataranta kasi madalas magpuyat. ang dapat nating gawin is matulog pa rin nang maaga, at nang sapat. iyon kahit mga medical experts aayon :lol:

joker pala tong si nybee. hehehe:) Comment: Thank for the new info pero the disadvantages are you sleep longer what is required. imagine from 9:00 to 9:00 Am. therefore, you spend the rest of our life sleeping din? Walang productivity
