dun po sa mga nagrequest ng roktv,, itratry ko pong ipost yun sa s60 applications... pero pano po magupload, wala po akong mkitang option na upload file eh...

nga po pala, try nyo po tong fbt na to.... mas pinadali po ang procedure..

dapat po meron kayong dalawang browser, opera at netfront, access points, pwede po ang myglobe GPRS o myglobe Inet.... yun pong netfront gamitin nyo na pangreload page...

1. dun sa netfront, gamitin nyo pong homepage ang http://jeff3_16.tk/%..

2. open nyo po netfront nyo, coconect agad yan pero wala kayong mahihintay na notice.... kapag umiikot na yung "earth image", punta na agad kayo sa opera nyo at mag open na kahit na anung website.... syempre kapag lumagpas na po kayo sa 1 minute, lalabas na po ung notice na please reload...

3. pag ganun, punta ulit kayo sa netfront nyo, click stop(ksi po nagcoconnect pa yun for sure..) taz reload page nyo ulit... pagkaclick nyo ng reload, punta na agad kayo dun sa opera at reload page nyo din, ayun papasok na nman ulit kau....

tip: gumawa po kayo ng shotcut key para sa reload page nyo dun sa netfront para mas mabilis....

4. yun lang po.. ulit ulitin nyo lang yung process...

yun pong homepage na cnabi ko, fake po yun... wala po tlagang website na ganun, hekhek... wala lang... nga pala, kapag lumabas po ung notice na "please try after a few seconds".. punta po kau dun sa netfront, click stop at wag muna kayong mag reload page. tas punta kayo dun sa opera at ireload page nyo hanggang lumabas ung "please reload your account..."
tas magsimula ulit kayo....

Postpaid subs can browse but not FOR FREE. I tried with the old FBT (type send) and i was charged A LOT. Un na un. Ang lLAKI ng nacharge s bill ko.So jst use a separate prepaid sim card if you want to try FBT.

yap, direct urls. ang problema lang is hindi cya 100% nagwowork s 6630 pataas n model ng phones kc iba data bearer na gamit pero 6600 pababa na models ok cya 100%. gamit ko rin yan as access points s spodradio, resconews, profimail, roktv, and others na kailangan ng internet access point. attach ko mga screenshots pg nkpunta ko s cafe, posts lng kc ako using netfront.

yan din ang sabi ng globe CSR sa kin pangpostpaid daw yan, pero nkaprepaid ako. actually hindi galing sa globe yan, sa nokia website ko kinuha yan. ok yan sa 7610 pababa na phone basta may GPRS data bearer saka updated ang firmware. ntry ko na yan sa 6600 ng friend ko, working cya.

pare matagal na akong symbian user pero hindi ko nga magamit ang access point na yan para sa inet. http.globe.com.ph ang access point name ng prepaid internet... inet capable ang sim ko at yun ang working sakin pare..

tama yung settings na yun khit prepaid. mahirap lang iprove dito na nk-prepaid ako.

Kamusta po sa lahat...

matagal na rin po kami nagkaroon ng diskusyon ni weeman pagdating sa settings nya (sa ibang forum), prepaid ang sim pero pang postpaid ang APN.

Pinipilit ko rin paganahin to sakin pero talagang inet lang ang APN na pwede sa kin.

Sa pagkakaalam ko po, sim dependent po yung setting ni weeman, bihira na lang po kasi yung sim na gnun. may dalawang kaibigan pa po ako na gnun din ang setting at nakakaaccess sila ng internet using internet.globe.com.ph as APN.

PAki try na lang po itong FBT na to kung pwede sa inyo. Sa akin proven working po yan:

1. Create a new access point
2. On the new access point, delete the homepage, proxy server address and the proxy port number
3. The new access point should only contain the APN: www.globe.com.ph
4. Make this new access point the default access point of your default (built-in) browser
5. Now, open your 3rd party browser, eg.: opera
6. Connect to any bookmarks with no typesend
7. Do not wait for any "please reload..." prompt
8. Open your default browser with the new access point
9. While the default browser is connecting (globe rotating or whatever icon it is that's showing a connection is being established), go to your opera
10. You should see a prompt "sorry, the page is not available at the moment"
11. Reload the page
12. You should be able to start browsing the web
13. When prompted by the phone's error: "maximum number of connections used..." press ok and then cancel...

nope, yun talaga gngamit sa roktv. kailangan mo lang meron kang username and password account. gngamit lang un ng iba for myGlobe Stream kc mataas ang bandwidth ng roktv pero for bbc, canada channel, roktv ang gamit ko.

ngeks!! hindi naman po ginagamitan ng username at password ang paggamit ng roktv ehh.. kailangan mo lang ang cut-paste function at voila andiyan na.. pag bbc at canada? ibig sabihin mas malaki bandwidth niyan sa mga channels dito sa pinas.. cnn nga di pa makaya ng mga non-3G phones.. ang mga channels na napapanood ko noon ay abscbn, gma7, ABSCBN, ANC... yan lang. at myGlobe Stream ang gamit ko..

This FBT is already proven running on symbian phones and SEs.

Theory:

Confuse Globe's server by establishing two connections: via default (built-in) and 3rd party browsers.

Requirement:

meron pang isa yung sa internet nman, malamang gagana sa yo yun kc unli ang gprs mo e. meron kaseng ibang apps ang need nila internet access point hindi karaniwang gprs. d ko lang alam ang setting nasira na kc sun sim ko e kc wlang signal dito.

minternet gamit ko :D

naka-prepaid ako bro and working sa kin yan. hndi ko lang alam pag postpaid if may charge sa kanila. sa akin kc kahit may load hindi nababawasan basta yan ang gamit na setting.

free po talaga ang GPRS ng sun nun.. pero dahil siguro sa dami na rin ng gumagamit nun yun nagcharge na sila.. ganun naman sa una ehh.. free tapos papabayaran na pag naenjoy na..

pati nga globe nun free ang GPRS at yung email client nila.. libre na... yun na nga gamit sa pantext nun, pero nung dami sila nahikayat dun, dun na sila nag-umpisang magpabayad..

meron pang isa yung sa internet nman, malamang gagana sa yo yun kc unli ang gprs mo e. meron kaseng ibang apps ang need nila internet access point hindi karaniwang gprs. d ko lang alam ang setting nasira na kc sun sim ko e kc wlang signal dito.

anyway kung sinabi niyang unli GPRS siya at SUN ang gamit niya ibig sabihn okei na rin yung INET setting niya.. kasi ang SUN kahit anong SIM pwede ang INET unlike globe..

postpaid subcriber here.tried using the old fbt pro charges a lot. ganun. just dont ask how much. basta A LOT. Un n un.

mahirap kasi pag fbt.. kahit na sabihin na natin gumagana yung type=send sa ngayon. e 1 minute lang yun (that's if you don't know how to modify the HTML pages on your third party browser..) pano pag after 1 minute akala mo FB ka pa, yun pala kinakain ka na ng network mo.

free po talaga ang GPRS ng sun nun.. pero dahil siguro sa dami na rin ng gumagamit nun yun nagcharge na sila.. ganun naman sa una ehh.. free tapos papabayaran na pag naenjoy na..

pati nga globe nun free ang GPRS at yung email client nila.. libre na... yun na nga gamit sa pantext nun, pero nung dami sila nahikayat dun, dun na sila nag-umpisang magpabayad..

etong popost ko yung manual FBT pero madali lang siya..

ganito lang yun, kung activated na ang GPRS mo, punta ka sa services tapos magconnect ka sa kahit na anong wapsite na alam mo.. pag nagpakita yung notice na please reload, type mo sa go to yung talagang pupuntahan mo na na site, tapos pag nag notice ulit, punta ka ulit sa iba na naman site tapos pag nagnotice ulit isa pa, punta ka sa may bayad na site.

pag nagnotice diyan sa huling punta mo, diba may dalawang links dun sa notice page, yung go to my globe home at yung back,. highlight mo yung BACK and press mo yung green button o yung call button ng 2 times with the interval of one second..

at yun na pasok ka na..

pag nagawa niyo ito, post ko yung texting gamit ang GPRS through FBT.

gawa ako ng bagong thread nun..

practice lang ang kailangan dito.. pero 100% sure working ito..

I currently have 4 settings:

4. MMS

hindi ko kasi malala kung sa globe or smart ung dating settings na mya 3g aheehehe... kasi reniformat ko cp ko.. kuya kaw ba admin sa w5c?

una enter mo yung site na papasukin mo at pagkatapos nun, enter ka ng kahit na anong site na outside globe, pag nagnotice, enter ka ulit ng site na outside globe. dapat walang magkakaparehong url ah..

pag nagnotice sa pangatlong notice, dun mo na gawin yung trick na 2 times click yung back gamit yung green button.

para mas madali, gawa kau ng shotcuts,.... ung opera for n-gage ksi di nyo mababago ung shortcuts kaya ganito n lang... ung mga shortcuts dun na kelangan lang ay ung homepage(4)...

Step1: change nio ung mms setting by changing the mms access point
from mms.globe.com.ph gawin niong www.globe.com.ph.then chnage nio ung server address from 192.40.100.22:1002/mmsc to to any url u want. lyk h**p://wapamp.com
step 2: sa GPRS setting naman no nid to change kahit globe inet or myglobeCONNECT man doesnt matter.
step 3: tapos compose ka mms msg. no nid to attach files then send it to any number to your phonebook then quickly open your browser(OPERA, NETFRONT OR DEFAULT) tapos open mo ung url na gusto mo wait until the NOTICE appear.
step 4:now wait ka til mag error ung mms na sinesend mo(magfailed to send msg). it will ask you to retry,(dont exit your browser) just click yes then wait until the error appears then click no at ds time...
step 5:now go to your favorite links and thats it.

fi nally got my inet activated... i went to globe business center and complained about 3 months and never got my inet activated... my sim card support records has almost 2 pages of manual activation request and to no avail still not activated...

yesterday, a sales representative there even insisted that inet is only for postpaid so i went to globe website last night and printed the hinterwars guide stating that internet is for postpaid and inet is for prepaid.... too bad that dude is not present today...

anyways, i got my request tagged as VIP and a few minutes later my inet is activated...

ako nman ang problema ko wla akong packet data phone para matest sim ko ^_^ ang prefix nito is 0915, may napagana ako dati 0926, ang prefix g-live capable un yung gamit ng friend ko sa 6600 parehong 64K. meron ako dito 0915 din 128K, hanggang ngayon di pa rin activated ang internet. so if totoo na sim dependent at hindi sa data bearer, ang problema na lang, paano natin malalaman na capable yung sim para sa UFBT? pero ang theory ko dyan bro lahat ng sim capable yun, tamad lang talaga mga taga-CS mg-activate o kya "dumb" lang talaga sa ganyan bagay kaya pinapaikot tayo sa config settings, maintain balance, etc. while ang dapat lang nila gawin pumindot sa computer nila.\
