ABILITY kung gusto mo tlgang magmahal at kung ayaw mo, at kung kaya mo
FEELING kung kahit ayaw o gusto mo tlgang nhuhulog kna, o kahit anong gawin manhid ka parin
DECISION kung gusto mo siguro magmahal na taong di mo mahal pero matututunan mo rin mahalin.

Attraction and lust are chemical reactions; after awhile the attraction and lust die down. If sex was the only reason for the relationship, the relationship is over.

there is nothing permanent in life not even love nor hate.

God gave us mind to use it in every aspect whether it is love etc. So it is a Decision/Choice.
