There's a difference.

-Video Game companies.

• Sega (More on games na lang sila, matagal na nila binitawan ang console manufacturing)
• Activision
• Blizzard
• EA
• Lucas Arts
etc...

if you look at the specs.. i still go for the XBOX 360. most pcs have dual core processors.. the 360 has a triple core processor. :)

the 360 is also like a pc in itself already. you can upload/store music/videos and games there. you can even connect to the internet.

the 360 has a feature that you can chat with people over Instant Messenger (hotmail) even if they do not have an XBOX live subscription.

the 360 also plays DVD movies. (wag lang pirated)

i have a 360 and a PS3 and a Wii...

PS3 i use it for Final Fantasy lang.. then yung Wii ko.. for mario.. hahaha..

ako sony, nagustuhan ko ang ps1 ps2 at psp nila. pero nung ps3 hindi na. mahal na eh, balita nga ngayun, mababa ang kita nila sa ps3, yung mga ibang loyal game developers ng sony, like square,etc.. baka ilipat na sa 360, kasi mahal masyado yung unit ng ps3, kaya yung mga laro nila, mahirap mabenta sa blueray disc palang, magastos na.

Nintendo sakin, naloko ako sa Super Mario (mga 15 years ago) at dun ako natutong mag-pursige bumili ng PC :)

Nintendo (in terms of my console usage history)

mas mahaba ung time ko sa paglalaro ng console from Famicom, SNES, N64.. pati sa handheld Gameboy, Gameboy Color, and Advance..(just to add)..

ung PS games kasi.. sa PC ko na lang nilaro dati.. after that.. di na ako bumili ng console.. mostly sa PC na lang ako naglalaro..

yung PSP eh isa ng evolution sa handheld gaming eh. meron pa bang ibang portable gaming console na mag-mamatch sa gfx ng ps2? PSP lang yun. hahahaha! not to mention pa yung PS3 nila...sana lang makakuha rin ako nun.

Nintendo should be the hands down winner of this poll. I go for Nintendo (even though I don't own any Nintendo consoles at home and I own a PS2).

Why? Ano ba yung unang console na nagsimula ng console craze nung mga bata pa tayo? (Answer: Famicom) Anong unang handheld system ang nagsimula ng craze sa gaming portability? (Answer: Gameboy). Ang mga failure lang ata nila in terms of sales eh yung GameCube...but they're back with a vengeance with their Wii...

I just heard this from my friend that there was a time that Nintendo showed a picture of a Wiimote (yung remote control nya) and everybody was laughing and mocking Nintendo for creating such weird controller. They were really turned-off by that thing. How how am I going to this thing? But then months later, they showed how to use the Wiimote and everybody was singing praises about Nintendo. This is so revolutionary that caused panic to their competitors. XBOX 360 used to have a wired controller but have released a wireless one. The PS3 controller was planned to be wireless one but upon seeing Wii, they made it a wireless and a motion sensitive one. How's that for a simple console controller?

My hats off to Nintendo for such a great R&D out there. I wish maraming third party developer ang lumipat sa Wii (yun kasi and weakness nila from the past eh). Just by looking at the possibilities (imagine playing a Final Fantasy game wherein you are actually "hacking" the enemy), Nintendo should be the runaway winner.

Can you at least give me one thing that they have improved except their marketing and graphics? Hindi ako anti-Sony ha, meron nga kami PS2 eh...ang advantage lang nila ay pera (yep, mas mayaman ang Sony than Microsoft)...and i think the Pokemon series will benefit more on a DS or Wii than a Pokemon on a PS3 or PSP...

para sa akin eh MS parin kasi kung nakaya nilang idominate ang computer world, eh malamang kayang-kaya rin nilang idominate pati ang console world... siguro pagdating ng panahon, iyang si Bill Gates bibilhin na ang Sony pati na Nintendo para maging monopoly na niya ang business na ganyan... :D

hmm.. sa generation natin SONY and naging mabenta... dahil nung 3rd gen ng video game sega at nintendo and mahigpit na magkalaban then when 5th gen comes umepal si SONY gumitnat kaya yun.. siya nanalo.. pero naw sa 7th gen nadurog ang sony sa laban now.. nintendo WII is the most best selling home console today: 1st WII, 2nd XBOX360, 3rd PS3.. :weep:

Well, I must admit na maganda ang graphics ng PS3, hmmm... Pero, come to think of it. ang normal na pamilya (tulad ko) eh wala namang HDTV na makakapag deliver ng desired outcome na graphics ng PS3. It's like buying an iPhone 3G sa lugar na walang 3G signal.
