thanks dito rentao... few months before nag stop ako... cguro mga 6 months... pero dahil sa depression,, ito balik na naman ako..

ako sa sarili ko kaya ko naman syang iwasan mo tangalinm, kasi pag nasa work at sa bahay hindi naman ako nagyoyosi pag nasa mga bar lang... yun nga lang halos everyday last week nasa bar ako....tsk..tsk..

un nga kahirap dun... ang hirap mag quit... natry ko na ilang mga ways pero eto yop2 parin... hahaha :rofl: ...kahit ung kendi style nako! mas lalo ko hinahanap yosi nun!!! :lmao: isa rin technique daw guyz is when u feel like smoking inom ka daw water hanggang mwala cravings mu... mga 1 glass hinay2 sa lang paginom daw.... .medjo effective din un.. kc mga 2 days aku napatigil dun :giggle: anyways sana ok to..... :thanks: d2 tol
