Magbigay nmn kayo ng tips pra tumaba ako oh, mula sa mga dapat kainin, dapat inumin na vitamins at kung ano2 pa guys :D

hmmmm....... eat a lot of rice hehehe, siguro mag breakfast ka sa umaga, tpos 10am coffee break kainka ulit, then lunch.... tapos meryenda ng 3pm:snack:, then dinner ka ng maraming rice, tpos mag midnight snack ka....wag ka mag exercise... pag wla kang pasok mega tulog ka:sleep:....ewan ko na lng kung after a week e buhay ka pa heheehe:rofl:

seriously kung super payat ka... eat a balance meal with exercise pra mag firm muscles mo.. you dont need to a eat a lot pra magkalaman pwede ka din mag vitamins multivitamins i think:reading:

ganun ba un...kapag kain ng kain tataba na?? that depends on your body's metabolism...may mga taong kain ng kain hindi naman tumataba...meron namang hindi mashado kumakain pero mataba..:laugh:

so sa madaling salita...kung mapayat ka...tapos hindi ka naman tumataba kahit kain ka ng kain...hayaan mo nalang na mapayat ka..:D kaysa naman magkasakit ka sa sobrang kain nyan..:lol:

meron kasi payat na malaki tiyan tapos meron din naman payat tapos maliit ang tiyan. siguro try mo kumain ng rice 4 times a day. Breakfast, Lunch, Merienda, and Dinner. Try mo lang.:thumbsup:

Bihira na ngayon ang may ganyan problem, most people want to lose weight at halos lahat ng tao on a "LOW" diet....low fat, low cholesterol, low salt. :lol: Since you want to gain weight, dapat sa iyo ay UPBUILDING DIET, at least 500calories should be added to your total energy requirement (TER) per day. Tapos you have to have snacks in between your main meals. Also, sa upbuilding diet, basically, its just a matter of eating more than your requirement and hopefully you gain a 1-2 pounds per week. First dapat malaman mo kung ilang calories ba ang TER para sa iyo para malaman mo din kung ilan ang idadagdag sa servings ng mga usual na kinakain mo araw araw. I could compute that for you if you want just tell me your current weight and your height.:)

I prefer any meat po at kung pwede magkahalo po ung vegetable at meat :D

Registered Nutritionist Dietitian (RND) pala ako just in case you're wondering paano ko nalaman mga pagcompute ng calories and other stuff.hehehe :lol: Remind lang kita na kahit you want to gain weight doesn't mean you can eat as much junk food or fast food as you want, syempre maganda ung healthy and balanced diet pa din di ba? :lol:

Okey, your diet prescription is: Upbuilding Diet; 2200calories;330g carbohydrates; 85g Protein; 60g fat divided into 3 meals and 3 snacks. So kain ka ng breakfast, lunch and dinner...don't skip a meal especially breakfast...and then have a snack in the morning, afternoon and before going to bed.:lol:

Your diet prescription when translated into number of servings (eto nalang tandaan mo) would mean:

Vegetables: 2 cups of cooked/ 4 cups of uncooked (like mga salad) per day
Fruit: 3 pcs/slices per day or 1 cup of fruit juice per day (not the powdered ones)
Milk: 1 serving per day of full cream milk, basta stay away from low fat milk, skim milk ( 1serving of milk is equal to one glass of fresh milk or 1 tetrabrick ng fresh milk or pwede din ang mga chocolate flavored. If powdered ang gagamitin mo, one serving is 4 tablespoons. You can also have ice cream instead of milk, meron mga "rich sources of calcium" na ice cream out in the market, you can have 2 cups of those. Pwede din ang yogurt if you like that)

Rice: 12 servings per day ( 1 serving is equal to half cup cooked rice or 2 slices of bread or 2 pieces of pandesal or 1 cup of noodles or 1/2cup of french fries. Divide mo nalang ang 12 servings for every meal and snack mo)

Meat: 6 servings per day ( 1 serving is equal to 1piece of chicken or 1 matchbox size of meat or 1 piece of fish as big as your palm. 1 piece of egg, 2 pieces of hotdog. Divide mo nalang uli ang meat servings per meal mo...you can have 2 servings of meat for breakfast, lunch and dinner).

Sample Menu (para magka-idea ka gaano kadami yang diet prescription mo):

Breakfast:1 1/2 cups of sinangag
2pieces of hotdog
1 piece of fried egg

Morning Snack:1slice of chocolate cake/butter cake

Lunch:1 1/2 cups of rice
Sinigang na baboy (1 cup of vegetables from the sinigang with at least 2 slices of the pork with a little fat...d ka naman kelangan na mag lean meat)

Afternoon snack:1 tuna sandwich
1 cup of any fresh fruit juice or shake

Dinner:1 1/2 cups of rice
Menudo ( 1 cup of the vegetables from the menudo with at least 2 slices of pork)

Bedtime snack:1 glass of full cream milk or chocolate milk
4 pieces of skyflakes

I also suggest na aside from increasing your food intake, try mo din mag workout to build muscles, kase if you have more muscles mas bibigat ka :lol: and mas magkakaron ka ng bulk...fafable ka na lalo non :lmao:

Regarding the vitamins, normally I don't advise healthy people to take vitamins as long as they are able to eat full meals per day and the don't lack appetite. We should be able to get all the vitamins and minerals that our body needs under normal conditions if we have a healthy and balanced diet. In your case, since na underweight ka, you could take any multi-vitamin out in the market. :)

:yipee: Ayan...happy eating nalang sa iyo...:yipee: By the way, you can consume more than the required servings per day for the vegetables, fruits, rice...huwag lang sana masyado mag over sa meat kase baka maoverload naman kidneys mo. :) After a week magtimbang ka uli, hopefully, if you follow this diet, you'll gain one pound per week.

Problema ko rin po slim kong body.. I gained 3pounds in a week. I just eat, eat and eat.. Milk na hindi non-fat,, 1 1/2 cup of rice minsan. syempre, vitamins.

Sa internet, kailangan daw ng 10 push-ups and squats (the correct way) everyday. This is gaining weight through muscles.

Dati, 102 --> 105.

Minsan, nakakalimutan ko na ngang imonitor. Kung gusto mong imonitor daily intake mo (like calories and some), check niyo po itong site na ito You can see links before reply

Register lang po kayo tapos Add niyo lang po yung mga kinakain niyo. Mayroon pong Graph dun kung you are underweight or overweight using MSI (Age and Weight Basis).

Registered Nutritionist Dietitian (RND) pala ako just in case you're wondering paano ko nalaman mga pagcompute ng calories and other stuff.hehehe :lol: Remind lang kita na kahit you want to gain weight doesn't mean you can eat as much junk food or fast food as you want, syempre maganda ung healthy and balanced diet pa din di ba? :lol:

Okey, your diet prescription is: Upbuilding Diet; 2200calories;330g carbohydrates; 85g Protein; 60g fat divided into 3 meals and 3 snacks. So kain ka ng breakfast, lunch and dinner...don't skip a meal especially breakfast...and then have a snack in the morning, afternoon and before going to bed.:lol:

Your diet prescription when translated into number of servings (eto nalang tandaan mo) would mean:

Vegetables: 2 cups of cooked/ 4 cups of uncooked (like mga salad) per day
Fruit: 3 pcs/slices per day or 1 cup of fruit juice per day (not the powdered ones)
Milk: 1 serving per day of full cream milk, basta stay away from low fat milk, skim milk ( 1serving of milk is equal to one glass of fresh milk or 1 tetrabrick ng fresh milk or pwede din ang mga chocolate flavored. If powdered ang gagamitin mo, one serving is 4 tablespoons. You can also have ice cream instead of milk, meron mga "rich sources of calcium" na ice cream out in the market, you can have 2 cups of those. Pwede din ang yogurt if you like that)

Rice: 12 servings per day ( 1 serving is equal to half cup cooked rice or 2 slices of bread or 2 pieces of pandesal or 1 cup of noodles or 1/2cup of french fries. Divide mo nalang ang 12 servings for every meal and snack mo)

Meat: 6 servings per day ( 1 serving is equal to 1piece of chicken or 1 matchbox size of meat or 1 piece of fish as big as your palm. 1 piece of egg, 2 pieces of hotdog. Divide mo nalang uli ang meat servings per meal mo...you can have 2 servings of meat for breakfast, lunch and dinner).

Sample Menu (para magka-idea ka gaano kadami yang diet prescription mo):

Breakfast:1 1/2 cups of sinangag
2pieces of hotdog
1 piece of fried egg

Morning Snack:1slice of chocolate cake/butter cake

Lunch:1 1/2 cups of rice
Sinigang na baboy (1 cup of vegetables from the sinigang with at least 2 slices of the pork with a little fat...d ka naman kelangan na mag lean meat)

Afternoon snack:1 tuna sandwich
1 cup of any fresh fruit juice or shake

Dinner:1 1/2 cups of rice
Menudo ( 1 cup of the vegetables from the menudo with at least 2 slices of pork)

Bedtime snack:1 glass of full cream milk or chocolate milk
4 pieces of skyflakes

nagkasakit ako this past week. nasa 110 lbs talaga ako.
dati naman tumaba na ako. kain lang ako ng kain ng rice. sa agahan, tanghalian, meryenda, hapunan and then mga 10pm sa gabi kanin ulit.

minsan pa nga ang meryenda ko 2pancit canton and 1 hard boiled egg.
hehe. ayon tumaba naman ako. that was vacation, tapos noong pasukan na. ayon pumayat ulit ako. tapos ngayon, im trying na tumaba ulit. kaso hirap talaga ako. ang bilis kasi ng panunaw ko. kumbaga, kakatapos ko lang kumaen, gutom na. hehe. :D

ndi naman :) complete balanced nutrition drink kasi yun. para sa mga hirap kumain, parang meal replacement sya. but if you take it din as supplement, eh di mas healhy, mas tataba ka. it was recommended to my couz na di talaga tumataba kahit anong gawin. she gained weight :) uhm.. pero kelangan inom lagi eh..

based on my experience, naggym ako at abang naggym, nagtatake ako ng vitamins. Lin zhi at centrum pampalakas kumain. umaga linzhi sa night centrum, hirap talaga ako tumaba pero after a month from 95lbs naging 105 na ko :) samantalgang before kahit anong kain ko walang nangyayare, importante kase yung exercise para before pa man matunaw yung fats sa katawan mo nacoconvert na sa muscle. applicable to sa mga mabilis ang metabolism like me .
