nagwork kc sa kanya and sa friends nya.. nagloose sila almost 1 pound a day :wow: while doing this naggym sya 3-4 times a week..
kaya nahikayat ako itry din, na try ko cya for one week and nag loose ako ng 4lbs (not bad) habang naghiphop abs ako every morning..
kaso natigil ko, kaya na gain ko ulit:lol:.. continue ko ulit siya once nakapaggrocery na ko ulit :giggle:
3 DAY DIET
DAY 1:
Breakfast: coffee or tea (w/o sugar & cream or w/ equal)
1 slice whole wheat bread – toasted
1 tbsp. of peanut butter (low fat or reduced fat)
˝ pf a grapefruit
Lunch: 1 can century tuna in water sauté in olive oil seasoned w/ salt &pepper
1 slice whole wheat bread, toasted
Coffee or tea
Dinner: 1 chicken breast (fillet w/o skin), w/ salt & pepper in olive oil
1 cup sitaw, 1 cup beets blanch
1 small apple
1 cup vanilla ice cream, sugar free of non-fat
Coffee or tea
DAY 2:
Breakfast: 1 hard-boiled egg
1 slice whole wheat bread, toasted
˝ banana lacatan
Coffee or tea
Lunch: ˝ cup cottage cheese
5 pcs. saltine crackers or 3 pcs. whole wheat graham crackers
Dinner: 2 hotdogs – purefoods jumbo hotdog
1 cup broccoli, ˝ cup carrots, blanch
˝ banana lacatan
˝ cup vanilla ice cream
DAY 3:
Breakfast: 5 saltine crackers
1 slice cheddar cheese, non-fat or lite
1 small apple
Coffee or tea
Lunch: 1 hard-boiled egg
1 slice whole wheat bread, toasted
Dinner: 1 can century tuna
1 cup beets, 1 cup cauliflower, blanch
˝ cantaloupe
˝ cup vanilla ice cream
It works based on a chemical reaction so you must eat everything on the diet without substituting. It is scientifically proven. You can have as much water, tea, salt, pepper as you like but no other seasoning. After going on the 3 day diet, you can eat normally for 4 days then go back to it. But do not overeat on those 4 days.
tinatinz 21st Jun '08 Sat, 10:32 hehehe sinong tita mo? ang nagbgay naman sakin ito yung instructor namin sa bronson si tita mely..... that was last yr. in 3 months from 74kls. naging 65kls. na lng ako...... tinigil ko to this jan. lang kc nasusuka na ako sa tuna hehehe pro ok talaga sya kumbaga tried and tested hehehe...normal meals na ako ngayon naglalaro na lng timbang ko sa 66kls. to 67kls. na lng...pag napaparami kain nag 3-day ako paminsan minsan na lng hehheehe

nalaman lang din ng tita ko un sa friend nya. kaya di ko talga sure kung sino source gn tita ko.. pinakita nya na lang sakin ung paper..
my mom and i tried effective tlaga, nagstop lng kme nung dumating grandparents ko from states kc nga sabihin ng lolo ko ang arte namin sa food alam mo naman ung matatanda dba.. :lol:

ay di ko po sure tagalog:think:.. tinginan ko sa net "remolatsa"/"rimolatsa" ung nakita ko.. pro once na nagpunta kyo sa supermarket sa veggie section meron po dun sugar beets/beets color violet sya..

ChInKyMeLiSsE08 22nd Jun '08 Sun, 02:30 Not eating for like a week or just plainly not eating is probably one of the worst ways to try to lose weight. Definitely Dietitian wont recommend it :no: no no un.. its just plain unhealty..
Even skipping meals can prevent weight loss.. When you dont eat, your body thinks it is starving, and it is, and will do whatever to survive, in this case, it will hold on to fat..
so kayalngan mo tagala kumain..
after-6 also works..
nung college ko yan ginawa.. from 170lbs to 115lbs, nag110lbs panga eh.. for 3 months lang.. taray..

Balanced diet dapat plus physical activity. After mareach ang target weight, the dietitian can also help you by making a meal plan for you that can help you maintain your weight at para hindi na magain uli ang nawalang weight. Even a person who is trying to lose weight can still enjoy their meals/food and losing more than one to two pounds a week is not good for a person's body. Once you know how much serving of foods (vegetables, fruits, rice, meat, milk etc) are allowed for you per day, then you will be able to monitor your food intake while still enjoying the foods that you like in the recommended amounts only. Of course, habang nasa weight reducing diet ka, d talaga pwede muna ang chocolates, junk foods, fast foods, masyadong madaming deep fried foods..pero, I do allow my patients to have one day a week na "day-off" nila from the diet para d naman sila madepressed. :lol:
nybee 22nd Jun '08 Sun, 23:32 mukhang ok naman...pero saakin tingin ko di maganda....kasi parang nalilimitahan na yung pagkain mo..at isang napansin ko: WALANG KAININ....kahit kainin ay mahalga sa katawan natin......panay century tuna....ska kahit minsan ok naman kahit mgkarekare, magsinigang, or kahit ano pa.....ska mejo kumplikado yung mga servings bka mayari ang budget...heheh..:lol:.best way nga kamo sabi eh sa dietitian natin para maiangkop nya yung irerecommend nya sa katawan natin at paraan ng paglaki..iba kasi jan kahit ang takaw eh payat parin..may iba onti ng kinakain pero tumataba parin...
anyway tnx! mukhang etong diet na to eh para sa mga kailangan tlgang mwlan ng timbang.....isang recommend tlga eh bawasan lang ang pagkain at magexercise! bali wla ang diet kung lampa ka at di nageexercise....dpat lagi sila complement..

its only 3days lang naman to... yung 4 days pwede ka kumain ng reg. na food kahit mag cake at ice cream ka pa... kya lang dont overdo lang...... kasi di agad agad bumabalik yung old timbang mo.......
ChInKyMeLiSsE08 24th Jun '08 Tue, 21:56 right 3 days lang naman 'to.. tpos u can eat rice and anything you want sa loob ng 4 days.. and na share ko lang kc meron mga testimonial na kakilala ko, even me tried it and works..
pro still tama parin na magconsult muna tayo sa dietitian.. they know kung ano diet dapat ang sayo.. kc baka mamaya meron mga food na hindi pwede sa isang tao nana sa list..mabuti na ung safe.. :peace:
tinatinz 25th Jun '08 Wed, 12:01 right 3 days lang naman 'to.. tpos u can eat rice and anything you want sa loob ng 4 days.. and na share ko lang kc meron mga testimonial na kakilala ko, even me tried it and works..
pro still tama parin na magconsult muna tayo sa dietitian.. they know kung ano diet dapat ang sayo.. kc baka mamaya meron mga food na hindi pwede sa isang tao nana sa list..mabuti na ung safe.. :peace:

icreate 21st Dec '08 Sun, 13:23 what i like about the diet is the food are available and the vanilla icecream. although the beet or remolatsa is not ordinarily found at department store i was able to buy it regularly at salcedo saturday market and at legaspi sunday market.
Again its only 3 days...the remaining 4 is for the food you like to eat but in moderation.:clap::clap::clap::clap:
