Another alternative for wap.tjat.com. Much faster in sending and recieving message..

STEPS:

1. create a google account from here "https://www.google.com/accounts/NewAccount?service=talk". If you have existing account then skip this one.
2. download & install LCG slick messenger, any version will do but latest for now is version 0.42.
3. open slick messenger and configure your "Gtalk" account with the information you have registered.
4. once signed-in, add a contact number with this format as an example "63920xxxxxxx@chikkatalk.com".. thats all! faster than tjat :yipee:

Note: you can even add an existing PC chikka account... enjoy

Update : You must add your contacts directly from your Gmail account not from slick messenger to make sure that the contacts are correctly added to your list

Ok to p're. Thanks for the info. It actually works on many mobile apps na may GoogleTalk and which supports offline messaging. I was testing with my PC, my N95 8GB, and my roaming Smart sim card.
I tried sa slick messenger, and Skittle Mobile Instant Messenger (http://wap064.tripod.com/). It works. :)

Di ko lang sigurado kung may free options dito dahil it involves an IM app. Pero marami magaling diyan sa atin kaya malamang may paraan para maging free ito.

Make sure na gumagana ang internet connection mo.. configure mo muna sa slick messenger kung anong access point gagamitin niya pag connect

Bro kahit anong messenger basta may Gtalk pwede dito.. I just preffered slick messenger kasi mas mabilis siyang gamitin para sa mobile as of my experience :)

ah..OM Mod kase ko di kase pwede gamitan ng trick yang Slick eh. Ang hirap lang pala dito di yata pwede yung trick para hindi lang limited sa 3SMS ang masend mo sa CP User. Kase kahit delete contact ko ayaw na mareceive ang SMS sa CP unlike sa tjat.com pwede delete then send ulit ng SMS
