Let's call this Filipinoism because we Filipinos say some words that are really unique but we should also know the proper or other ways of calling and saying the words we opted to use.
Some Words that Filipinos Use
1. ref ; frigider use refrigerator; ref; or fridge
2. officemates use co-workers / colleagues
3. CR use toilet, bathroom, the john
4. come again use pardon me; could you say
that one more time please?
5. for a while use please hold
6. I'll go ahead say, "I'll see you there" or
"See you tomorrow"
7. bottomless should be "refillable"
8. rubber shoes use "sneakers" instead
