I want to create a program that no one can remove and terminate this kind of application... anybody help me .. how to do this? Must be working in XP and VISTA

ako po may alam hindi nyo na po need ng kahit anong program here just right click po tapos create new shortcut then ang ilagay nyo po sa shortcut e2 shutdown -s -t +0 -c " " yan po program siya ng windows ung 1 minute biglang ma shushutdown automatic pc mo kahit sa task manager di mo siya ma eexit ang gagawin mo lang para ma exit go to start run tapos eto sulat mo shutdown -a SANA po makatulong ako :D :pray:
