:think: like any other adaptation from novel/book to movie.. madami, iba and kulang sa movie.. if u want movie first atleast wala may mavisualize ka pag nagread ka na ng book..
pro kung katulad kita hindi makapaghintay.. (kc 4 days ko ng binasa ung book last week.. :rofl:) u can read the book na.. :D

baligtad naman ako :D i suggest that you watch the movie first before reading it. if you read the book first, you will not enjoy the movie itself because you will always look for the scenes you read in the book :D you'll expect it will be in the movie, which most of the times, isn't the case when books are made into movies, in the end, you'll leave the cinema disappointed, hindi mo na-enjoy yung movie as itself :D

I think, iba ito sa mga usual vampire movies and stories, TWILIGHT is focus more on the love story between a human and a vampire. That means Less blood-spilling scenes, vampires with no fangs (unlike the usual connotation of a vampire) and vampires who can expose themselves to sunlight without burning. "Twilight saga" gave different perspectives to the usual Vampire traits.

uhm.. maganda naman ung effects pero mas maganda ang effects ng harry potter.. maganda ung sound effects.. but mas maganda tlga kapag sa ayala malls nanood.. for me.. mas maganda ung sound effects nila unlike sm malls and robinsons..

the movie included a lot more action scenes that the book did not provide.. ( thanks to the director ).. however may mga scenes na hindi nalagay but u know.. they have to cut parts out..

tapos 5-star ang rate ko sa lines.. tho' wala ung iba kong fave lines from the book..
oh.. and from what i've heard.. iba ung writer sa movie kaya siguro may mga hindi din nalagay.. hindi ung author tlga ung writer din sa movie :)

pinakagusto ko nga dun yung actress Ashley Greene, yung gumanap na Alice at si kellan Lutz as Emmett dahil yung character sa book ay na-portray nila ng maayos. and para dun sa mga gumanap kay Jasper, Eric, Tyler at Rosalie ay parang hindi sila yung ini-expect ko na ganun ang itsura at portrayal. si Eric sa movie Asian ang itsura :rofl: e sa book naman di ganun ang pagkaka-describe sa kanya.

masyadong mushy ang libro at ang movie in my opinion. no offense sa mga fans ng saga pero I read it because it's a book and I watched it because I love Cedric in the movie.

pero hindi ko nagustuhan although hats off sa pagiging true to most of the lines nila. para kasing fill in the blanks ang movie na ito. sakit ung ng book turned movie talaga pero dito konti lang ang nice or huwaw moment. puro kiligan and that can be nauseating na.

pero dahil naman uso sya I will still hope that I would see an improvement on the characterization of Bella. She became emo in my opinion when her character is someone who is somewhat wiser than her years and very loving.

I expected too much from the movie...but overall, it's just fine...If I were to compare this with another movie, it's actually like "The Covenant(2006)"...anyway, they're both nice...

oh, before I forget...I really like the personality of Edward Cullen, quite cool hehe...

The book is so much better than the movie. But I'm keeping my hopes high on its sequel New Moon.. Can't wait!
