Follow this trick.

*rename the extension of ur theme frm .nt to .zip.
*open that zip folder.(unzip it)
*replace the image what ur own (.jpg)
*zip the folder.
*rename again the extension ".Zip" to ".Nth"
*install it
*finish:)

U can do that using xplore in us s60 fone, or with ur pc.

That's 'cause S40 themes are nothing more than compressed archives with some code placed so the phone knows where to place which image in. Pretty much the same concept when you open *.jar files in WinRAR. :D
