supported ba ng Globe and Video Call?? ngaun ko lang napansin at sinubukan na indi pla pde.. sabi "not supported by network daw" may setting ba dapat o kelangan n nmn ng penitensyang pangungulit sa CSR ng globe?

un din nga ang pagkaka-alam ko kaso kahit 3G signal ako still not supported and lumalabas..

you don't need any settings for making video call work. as long as you meet the following requirements, of course: you have a 3g-enabled phone, the person you are calling to also have a 3g phone and in the same network as you do, and you have enough 3g signal strength coverage. i don't have any problems with video calls and i use it with friends and family members who also are on globe a few times a day. most likely you are getting this error message because you are trying to make video call to a smart or sun number? unfortunately, the telcos have not sat down to make inter-network video call work. it would have been great.

dati pwede ang globe to smart videocall tapos kanina pag tanong ko sa csr ndi daw pwede.. inalis na pala nila globe to other network na videocall..

mga sir pwede po bang magvideo call ang cellphone to laptop.. naka tattoo po yung laptop at may webcam din. Possible po ba yun?? thanks sa magrereply.. :help:

3g video call? nope.
iphone or android phones(with vcam of course) na may skype or yahoo app? yes.

Video Call is currently supported in own network subs only. Globe-Globe or Smart-Smart. hindi inter network ang video call kasi di naman madami ang nag vi-video call...

ts working panaman ung video call hangang ngayon. Ang sabi sabi kailangan daw marami kang load or regular load para mapagana mo ung video call. Eh tinary namin ng pinsan ko gumana ung video call kahit naka unli call and txt ka. Kahit nga yung free 10mins call gumagana din. Kahit 0 balance. Halos araw2x nga kming nag vivideo call ng coz ko pag mey load sha.

may 3G call po ang globe, ang nid mo lang ay ang sumusunod,

1. 3G enabled phone (youre num)
2. 3G enabled phone (num youre calling
3. 3G signal (IMPORTANT! Must be on both phones since 3G in certain places are unstable)
4. Regular load or Unli Call Subscribed (ang trick dito dahil di kaylangan ng prefix num ang unlicalls ng globe "unlike sa smart na may *6400 blah blah pa" recognized ito ng network ni globe as legit calls kaya icoconect nya, kaya happy video calling! )

sana wala na ring prefix ang smart :(
