here how to change the color of the hair..
browse a image with hair of course hehe

Step 1
go to the tool bar then click
quick mask mode

step 2
tool bar again this time click on "brush tool"

Step 3

click on brush to make a big circle for easy color, put the master diameter to 19px second image

Step 4

after that color the hair..(this is not the color just for musking) after that it will look like the first image..

Step 5

goto menu bar and click on filter then blur then gaussian blur...

then adjust raduis to 11.5 pixels

then ok the image should be like this one..
end of masking mode..

Now back to the standard mode by clicking standard mode

after clicking the standard mode the picture should be like this attachment

Now before anything else we have to add new layer or by clicking left click then click on layer via copy see attachment..

after clicking the layer via copy, you can see in the layer section now you have 2 image..now before we edit the hair remember you must click on the original layer see attachment..

Now goto menu bar upper side image then adjustments then
heu/saturation then ok see attachment

Step 13

as you can see we have a new window this is the hue/saturation this is the adjustment to change the color just slide the hue, saturation, lightness..
so enjoy changing the color of the hair..
