miaka08 24th Dec '08 Wed, 00:15 i just wanna share a bad experience with my network provider. im totally dissatisfied with their system. heres what happened. i tried registering for unlimited service for 5 days like i often do. but when i did the 23rd of december i received a notification that the service is temporarily unavailable so i said ill settle for the 100 free text. upon texting the code and waiting for like 15 mins i never received a confirmation or any notification. so again i tried knowing that i will not be billed twice for the same service. still nothing. i got fed up and tried the first service but this time no notification was sent. checked the balance and still no deductions. after sometime upset and all tried to make a call but my balance is no longer sufficient. i said wtf! checked my balance and there i was billed for the two service it not actually a big deal i am not even in the complaining mood. cause its only a matter of 15 pesos. cause i could use the 80 pesos that was deducted for 5 days. this was not the first time this shi* happened to me. probably the 2nd or the 3rd. back then was so busy to even notice and then it hit me. if this happened to me its probably happening to everyone. among the millions of filipinos subscribed to the said network. which in a year generates the company millions if not billions of pesos. what else? have you tried using a certain service and after it expires every text message you send is already being deducted to your credits and then after a while you then receive the notification that the service has already expired. is this stealing or what? correct me if im wrong...
so what choice do i have right now? go to the next best network? i guess so. or maybe try the newer ones. poor me. poor us. required to choose the lesser evil.

Unfortunately it is us, the subscribers, who are affected by this. The persons who are spending money to use their service. so why not "get back" at that service provider by using some of the services that they provide for free ;) i hope you know what i mean. what goes around comes around right?
joshonline08 28th Dec '08 Sun, 01:50 I think thats Globe. If ur load balance is already deducted, Ur already regsterd to Unli. If not, Call 211. They will solve ur problem.
Ayala Corp. is the owner of Globe.. Kaya alam ko na di nla intention yan.. Sa Smart pwde pa nla gawin yan.

dapat tawagn mo ung cs nila ibabalik nila load mo. Tapos kung magunli ka make sure agahan mo ung pagregister. Sun sucks talaga. May silbi lang sya sa mga mahilig magubt. Magred ka nalang.

kewl pla tlga ang globe.
Kya malago na ang cellsites ng smart dahil sa ganyan at sa hindi nila pagbalik ng nakain na lod.
