i think hndi nmn kailan iwasan ang pag inom ng water kasi physiologic need ntin yn...dpat nga uminom pa tau ng 8 glasses of water a day....kasi it will refresh and cleanse our body....

Try drink cofe po in d mornin... Mch sugar recomended kc glucose xa mbu2sog ka sa cofe lng... It will hlp alot pro mhirap xa sa una but i prmse u it will hlp... =)

di na nawawala bilbil...lahat kasi me bilbil pero pede lang paliitin..

try sit ups and curl ups o kahit jogging kalang every morning :)

hindi naman siguro iwasan kasi kailangan ng tubig ang ating katawang...siguro iwasan 'yon malamig na tubig kasi nakakataba talaga iyong malamig na tubig lalo na kapag ang kinain mo ang mga matatabang pagkain..iwasan din yong mga matataba na pagkain n high cholesterol at high calories..regular exercise din..

mainam siguro maglagay lang ng sakton pera sa wallet at wag magbitbit ng creditcards at ATM, ligtas na sa holdup...hindi ka pa makakabili ng kung ano-anong foods na hindi naman kailangan ng katawan,he he he.
ako siguro dapat sa'kin i-tape ang bibig..gusto laging gumigiling e,kaya eto..._5 kilos ako,har har.

mag exercise ka tuwing umaga para mauhaw ka na lng at hindi kumain ng kumain... :smoke:

dapat pag gutom kana magpapawis ka, kahit tumalon, magsayaw, gamalaw ka ng kahit ano basta pawisan at mapagod at mauhaw...

isa 1 or 2 tyms ka lng kumain sa isang araw... 1 sa tanghali at isa sa madaling araw o midnyt, the rest of eating tym pag nagugutom ka magpapawis ka, para mauhaw at uminom lng ng tubig...

effective yun sa kin!!! :smoke:

taz sayaw sa gabi...kahit anong sayaw lang basta my tugtog at pagpapawisan..

taz no rice diet..as in ulam lang kinakain koh taz di na koh nagdidinner..

mahirap xa as in..lalo na kung likas na matakaw...pero para sa inspiration moh na pinagpa :pacute: magagawa moh..

ang masasabi ko lang maglakad ka ng maglakad un lang ang pinaka simpleng way then bawas bawas ang kain sa gabi okay lang sa umaga and tanghali... kasi sa hapon at gabi wala ka na maxado ginagawa so nagiging fats ung pagkain instead a fuel or energy to burn.. kung my ginagawa...

pag nagsimula tau tumaba, ung tiyan ang pinakaunang lumalaki...

tapos pag nagpapapayat tayo,, ung tiyan ang huling papayat or liliit..

hi peeps! cardio exercises at diet ang pinaka-effective lalo na pag combined with workouts. overall body fat kasi ang kailangan mawala before the tummy gets small. unfortunately totoo ang sabi ni bossing freakice27 na una at huling lumiliit ang tummy.

Try 50 sit ups kung unang beses.

tapos pag pagod pahinga ka muna 2-3mins.

tpos sit ups ka ulit hangat kaya mo wag mong pilitin ha! :lmao:

important mawala ang fats muna, so magpapawis like running or walking. iwasan ang carbo foods, dapat protein. best id egg white, yung nilaga and banana. iwas madameng rice. kung di maaiwasan mageat, dapat every 2 hours. wag biglaan kain.

^tama yan, pa lipo ka if you want to get abs fast.
pero kung ayaw mo, unfortunately, diet and exercise is the only other option. pero ayaw mo nun, healthy ka. remember, no matter how many crunches or sit-ups you do in a day, pag hindi clean yung diet mo, it would be useless, hindi lalabas yung abs mo since natatakpan ng fat. Unless lang siguro that you are a skinny person that does not gain any weight kahit anong dami yung kinakain.

ka mahilig sa matamis, inom ka madami tubig, wag kumain ng sobra, magtatatakbo ka o kaya

jogging sa labas ayan effective na siguro yan :D
