There's a red dot in my W950, a stuck pixel. Does anyone have a fix for this? I already tried massaging, the high contrast video and also tbe JScreenFixMIDlet that's loop playing for hours but still no luck :weep: TIA!

I work in a semi-con factory fabricating LCD/TFT for phones. The problem on your screen is what we call BDD defect which cannot be corrected by any software. What causing it is the electrical connection of the red sub-pixel to the other sub-pixel making it actuated all the time. you can ask you SE retailer to change your unit. that is included in the warranty(if your phone is still under its warranty ofcourse)
