Bob arum refuses a rematch 'coz he knows that no one will buy his this crap! Boxing is Dead!
And maybe to remove all the fingers pointing at him.
Akala kasi ni Bob Arum magiging close ang laban kaya he robbed Pacquiao a Win to secure a rematch.
